+Breakfast was good. Items changed every day. Location is going. Only a 10 minute walk to the subway. Not alt of other businesses in the area for shopping or eating
−Spider in the bathroom the day we arrived. Mouse visited us on our 3rd day of the stay

+Beds were relatively comfortable and the breakfast was good.
−The water pressure was basically non existent in our room, the water was BARELY warm (we tried at various times of the day), the flush lever on the toilet kept loosening from the mechanism inside the cistern.

“Overall I would not stay here again, especially not in the junior suite for that cost.”
+- Water's nice and hot - Jacuzzi is large and comfortable enough for two. Has an aeration knob you can unscrew to add air to the jets to increase pressure. - Jacuzzi was very clean and no spot or scum came out of the jets when turning it on! There was a very slight bleach-y smell so I assume they are running some bleach through them between stays to clean them. - bed was comfortable, had 4 pillows. - Blackout curtains are very dark, no light comes in at night when you close them. - Plenty of outlets to charge phones and devices. - Wifi was fast and easy to connect to. - air conditioners were great (yes, 2 of them!) - room is big and spacious, plenty of room for two! - 2 tvs, one in the small living room and one on a swivel mount for the bed or Jacuzzi. Watching movies in the jacuzzi was great. Had to use the "amplify" sound mode to get the TV loud enough over the jets. - Free breakfast, and it was super tasty! First morning was cheese omelettes, hash browns, sausage, and pancakes, super good. Second morning was scrambled eggs without cheese, bacon, pancakes, and home fries. plenty of fruits and muffins and such too.
−- Jacuzzi had some cracked jet nozzles (see pics), which were sharp and possible to cut yourself if not careful - Bed is on caster wheels, and the locks don't work. Headboard is part of the wall, so leaning on the headboard to watch TV causes the bed to room out from under you. - Extra nozzles in the shower for a "full body spray" - 2 of the 4 are broken and missing the spray nozzles, so all the water just pours out of them because it's the path of least resistance. Plus the shower head itself has a terrible spray pattern whether you have it set to jet or shower. While it has plenty of pressure, the shower head itself is the problem. - the sink has the cold and hot handles on the wrong sides. Hot should be on the left, cold on the right, per American plumbing standards. - if you're charging a phone on the GFCI outlet closest to the jacuzzi behind the bed, and you go to turn on the fan over the jacuzzi, it pops the GFCI and you need to hit the reset button. - you can't turn on the fan over the jacuzzi unless the light switch is also on...? - there's no exhaust fan in the actual bathroom for then you shower. Just an empty vent that doesn't suck or blow. - one of the lightbulbs in the

+The view of the river. We were originally not river view room, then the front desk staff was able to switch us to river view room. We watched sunset from our room and it was super beautiful.
−Carpet was kind of dirty and car parking fee, additional cost.
