“Worst experience of my life.”
+Nothing. The property is located in a residential building where the other tenants in the building verbally express that they do not want the guests or BnB facility present. One tenant told me that the BnB was not legally registered with the municipality.
−Whatever you do, do not stay at this facility under any circumstances. You will not find it easy to enter the property. The manager, who happens to be the owner’s son, is terrible and disrespectful. I ultimately paid and then left the facility to sleep in my car. DO NOT BOOK at this horrible place.

+I had a phenomenal one-week stay at Berry Rooms in August 2025. I was greeted by the owners in the kindest way. The spacious room’s brand-new interior and attention to detail in the decorations amazed me, but the most satisfying aspect was the bed’s firm mattress, which was a blessing for my back. Alberto is a writer, so I supported him by purchasing his book. Emi kindly invited me to join her water aerobics classes (twice!), which she organizes several times a week on Poetto beach for her friends and their friends. It was a wonderful way to immerse myself in the local life and practice my Italian language skills. The rooms are situated a short walking distance from the central station, from where you can reach the southern areas of Pula, Chia, and the Villasimius beaches which I highly recommend. I´ll be definitely coming back!

“Zuvorkommender Service, großes und schönes Zimmer in zentraler Lage”
+Besonders zuvorkommend fand ich, dass ich ohne Aufpreis sehr viel früher einchecken durfte, man hat mich sogar extra angerufen, um mir zu sagen, dass das Zimmer fertig ist. Bei Abreise durfte ich auch meinen Koffer ein paar Stunden länger im Zimmer lassen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat mich sehr gefreut. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, optimal um zu Fuß ins Zentrum oder an den Hafen zu kommen, aber auch in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (schnelle Anbindung zum Flughafen) und vieler Buslinien um zum Beispiel zum Strand zu fahren. Trotz der Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße ist es dank der Ausrichtung des Zimmers nach hinten sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hat viel Stauraum. Das Bad ist modern und ebenfalls geräumig. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich hier außerdem sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
−Im Flur, der zu den Zimmern führt, geht das Licht per Bewegungsmelder an. In den ersten zwei Nächten schien irgendwas nicht zu stimmen und das Licht ging die ganze Nacht im Minutentakt aus und an, obwohl kein Gast im Flur war. Durch den Spalt unter der Zimmertür war dies eben auch in meinem Zimmer bemerkbar, außerdem macht das Licht beim aus- und angehen ein Klick-Geräusch. Zum Glück war es nur zweimal so extrem, die Nächte darauf nicht mehr. Prinzipiell ist es vom Flur her manchmal ein bisschen laut, wenn zum Beispiel andere Gäste sich dort unterhalten oder die Eingangstüre auf und zu machen, aber zum Glück gibt es nur drei Zimmer, es ist also nicht viel "Verkehr" auf dem Flur. Eine bessere Geräuschdämmung zum Flur hin wäre aber optimal.

+Mooie verzorgde kamer en badkamer
−Het is geen hotel maar kamers. Staat verkeerd op de site. Er is geen onthaal. Je moet je ID doorsturen via whatsapp voor je binnen mag. Voor ons toch onveilig.

−Stanza un po' stretta. Colazione assente e anche le bevande "di base" tipo the e caffè ridotti all'osso ne uno snack dolce o salato. Frigo non ben funzionante
