+When I arrived to check in, I was given a 4-square-meter room, terribly renovated, and without a window. No window, in the 21st century. Well, there is one, but it opens into the wall, and if you accidentally leave it open, get ready to breathe in dust. The exhaust fan was working the wrong way, and a whole stinking smell filled my room. I assume this used to be a storage room, and they converted it into a room. When I asked what I was supposed to breathe and where my oxygen was, I was told there was no oxygen included. The staff didn't speak any English at all; communication was only through a translator. When I asked for a room of the same size but with a window, they charged me extra. Breakfast is not included. The bed linen is smoky. My room wasn't cleaned even once in five days. There were no signs indicating "Do Not Disturb" or "Cleaning Required.". The room itself is extremely noisy because it used to be part of the hallway, and there is a walk-through courtyard of hotel guests and staff. The audibility in the room is colossal. I would avoid this hotel next time.

+The owner was very friendly and helpful. They genuinely love serving people. It was a wonderful experience. I’m very glad I booked and would do so again.
