+I loved the building and the fact that they had a huge gym there. Swimming pool, hot tub, and so much more. And an awesome breakfast buffet as well.

+Very nice place to stay . The breakfast was good .the location close to Walnut Creek. The staff very friendly.
−The one thing I didn't like was I got a queen room with 2 beds and was taxed on both beds even though only one was used . For both nights taxed on 2 beds plus the other taxes you pay . You pay for a room they shouldn't tax you on the beds to.

“Excellent place to stay”
+I loved the theatre, the outdoor settings, and the free slushes.
−The air conditioner in my room did not work at all. I feel like it actually made it warmer trying to run it. None of the cooling settings worked

“Family friendly but great for couples as well 🙂”
+We liked the spa tub in our bathroom , pool and hot tub , the grounds were pretty and we enjoyed feeding the koi fish 🙂 We enjoyed the private patio connected to our room and the fire pit area was very pretty. There were alot of things to do , indoor basketball , cornhole , walking paths , movies on the lawn , they had a food truck in the lot for movie night , very family friendly but wonderful for couples as well. The pool opens at 5am which is awesome , my husband and I had it all to ourselves at 5:30am 🙂 The resort was quiet , very peaceful and relaxing , breakfast was standard , employees friendly.
−Nothing spoiled our time and we plan on returning every year for our anniversary , however there were a few things we didn't like. Mainly the bed! It was way too firm and we didn't sleep well , at home our bed is super soft 😂 I know preference varies however there has to be a balance , this bed had zero give , much like a board 👎 We plan to upgrade to a King Suite next year , hoping the bed is a little softer 🙂 The water was super hot for the shower and bath , which we enjoyed , just something to be aware of for people with children. The resort does show some wear , chipped paint , some stains in the hallway carpet , little things like that.

“We would come back!”
+The suite was wonderful for a large family. We wish we could have a shower like this at home. The kids village was adorable and the free Halloween activities were a hit! We all loved the apples and cider and the Halloween atmosphere. My husband and I and older kids loved the sauna/steam room/cold plunge/hot tub while the little kids enjoyed the pool. The lemonade slushies in the lobby were a fun post-swim treat.
−We didn't have a table in our room but we were fine sitting on chairs and beds to eat.
