“Enjoyable lovely spacious house”
+Location Nice house Good cooking facilities Parking facilities great Lots of room , great dining table Nice friendly host
−Stairs challenging if you have mobility issues, all bedrooms upstairs , if you need a bedroom downstairs you would have to specifically ask , we were ok , just note if your legs are sore from hiking Need more tongs in kitchen + pot holders

“A lovely large house, great location. Very comfortable and clean, would stay again.”
+Great location, between Keswick and Derwent water. Lots of space and rooms.
−Confusing how much you pay for what rooms to be unlocked.

“Fabulous accommodation with parking in the heart of Keswick. Beautiful outlook too.”
+Absolutely brilliant place to stay in Keswick. Gorgeous views out over the mountains. Our family all had a room to themselves, the house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. 2 minute walk to the village centre, and parking also available. We loved staying here. Would absolutely recommended it.
−Nothing. Everything was great.

“Lovely 4 days and nights in this property. Highly recommend and will book again.”
+Location was excellent, House was lovely, though a tad dated in some areas. Facilities were excellent, only thing missing according to my wife was a washing up scourer and plastic gloves! The view of Catbells and Derwentwater from the upstairs bedrooms was beautiful.
−Nothing. Directions to the car parking at the rear of the property could have been better.

“Lovely self catered house with beautiful views from every room.”
+It is a big house with 5 bedrooms with an en-suite in 4 of them. The view from every room is breathtaking and the house is clean. The house is well located, with the town centre and walking trails just a walk away. We didn’t use our car for the week we stayed other than to get to the mountains we were climbing. It is a self catered accommodation in all its sense, so you will have to bring everything you need including kitchen stuff.
−We were not informed of the £300 deposition before our visit and so was surprised when we were asked for it when we were booking in. There is a list of fines that will be deducted from the deposit. If you don’t wash dishes and even empty the dishwasher, you will be fined £100. We were not informed of any of this when we booked. Although the kitchen has basic pots, there were no essentials like a bowl if you would like to make a salad or if you want to mix anything. There is no handwash, body wash or shampoo in any of the toilet/bathrooms.

−The attic room has what you need but it is not as pleasant as the other rooms.
