“Don't book this place”
−I didn't stay here. It was absolutely horrible. They would need to rip up the carpet to get rid of the cigarette stank.. and generally the building needed maintenance and cleaning. The room was really dirty. They gave me a refund without question.. so I guess that was a positive.

+The supply of coffee and tea, but the milk had gone off, so could not use.
−Mattress was on the soft side for us. Light sensor on bedside light didn't work. Couldn't contact owners to let them know.

+Access to town for food and drinks a short walk away and easily accessible.
−We had the front room by the entrance door so it was a quiet noisy until everyone was in. I would suggest that the large window needs some sort of blind or lace curtain as everyone could look in, and it was right by the door, we therefore had our curtains closed whenever we were in the room.

+Location spot on as we used it as a base so we could spread my sister ashes at the places she loved to go in Fort William

+Nothing really
−Rooms and when you walk in smelt like smoke. The shower is super tiny, can’t even wash your hair & the water just dribbles out the shower head no pressure at all. Didn’t speak to anyone that worked or owned the place, was just a key on the desk with my name. Very pricey for what it is!
