“Location, location location !”
+Ideal location in Colaba, easy to get everywhere, especially on foot. It's a nice building, once a beautiful old home, still retains a lot of character. I stayed there on arrival in India and again for a few days before I left, having travelled in the country in between. Great value for money. The personel were lovely and very helpful and kind.

+Bentleys Hotel was great value for money, and is located perfectly if you want to explore the south of Mumbay. We got breakfast by room service, and the staff was nice too. Also, its really great to wind down here after bustling Mumbai

“Awesome Location”
+I liked the staff very friendly and helpful especially Roshan , I could ask or request anything to be done or suggestions and he was ever ready to assist, The Location is absolutely fabulous u are in the centre of Colaba's Vibrant and Awesome Buzz.
−The Previous Mumbai Bangalows have crudely been renovated into guest rooms some with tiny bathrooms n toilets and some without n needs to be shared. The rooms are basic feels like bed bugs crawling all over you because it's like a fast food chain one guest departs with another waiting in the very tiny reception area so no proper deep cleaning of the rooms take place therefore I felt as if bed bugs were crawling all over me. I know I got the breakfast being a Genius member..... Breakfast is a Laugh being in India u will probably look forward to an Indian breakfast......the poor staff makes your 1 omelette,three slices of toast and a jug of tea in their crude reception area kitchen and bring it to your room.....that is absolutely not breakfast for an Indian Guesthouse., shameful

−The room was a huge disappointment it looked completely different from the pictures. With the windows sealed shut, there was zero natural light or fresh air. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were clearly not cleaned before my check-in. Additionally, we found used cups, glasses, and spoons left behind, basic toiletries like soap and toothpaste were missing, and 2 to 3 charging sockets next to the bed were completely out of order.

+Bentleys is a hidden gem! The location is excellent, and the room sizes are larger than life by Mumbai standards. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Special shoutout to Shankar and Roshan, who make every stay extra special with their warmth, energy, and infectious positivity. They are SO warm, hospitable, and kind, who have known us for years. They’re always energetic, attentive, and super interactive, greeting us with so much affection every single time! 🤌 We’ve been coming to Bentleys for years, and it’s almost like a second home to us in Bombay. We stayed in the Family Room with an attached bathroom and absolutely loved our stay. The view is impeccable, the neighbourhood is peaceful, and the proximity to the main road makes it super convenient for us. I could list a hundred reasons why you should stay here, but what really sets it apart is the old-world charm of Colaba that you just won’t find anywhere else. 1000/1000 recommend! ❤️
