“spotless clean, incredible friendly and welcoming host, minimalist yet suprisingly practical.”
+The place was spotless clean with incredible friendly and welcoming host. Very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
−The only downside is there is no toilet upstairs, which is a bit inconvenient.

“Excellent location for restaurants and CBD. Top class accomodation and prior information package.”
+Location. New and modern. Lovely little garden although I thought their descriptiveness gave the impression of backing onto natural bush! Absolutely excellent information and contact prior to arrival. Explicit explanation of the workings of all facilities.
−The garage was tight and angled - complicated by a Ute illegally parked across part of the access (nothing to do with the owners) Toilet and living ground level, bed mezzanine upstairs which we liked but may be problematic for some. Building construction next door (again not owners fault) Lodges are very close together which can impact privacy

+We stayed in lodge 2. It was very modern, with many modern conveniences, like electric blinds and fireplace, and a velux skylight, and reasonably comfortable. It was close to downtown which was convenient.
−At times the modern conveniences were not very convenient. The blinds and velux would at times not work, and we found them fiddly. There weren't really any instructions so we really just had to wing it. It would have been nice if the couch was deeper, and more comfortable. Curiously the couch in the bedroom was. I feel like the lodges should be marketed to people staying for work, rather than those on holiday.

“It suited the purpose for our visit”
−The Samsung Smart TV did not work. There was a problem with the connection cable. No condiments or olive oil in the lodge. Friday and Saturday night extremely noisy due to a live music venue just down the road

“Great location with comfortable and clean facilities.”
+Location, modern facilities, very clean, great communication with owner, comfortable bed etc.
−Problems with television reception - not the owners fault, we understand this, but meant that TV viewing was difficult.

“We won't stay here again. We preferred the cabin at the caravan park that we stayed in last time.”
+The location was good and the apartment was clean and modern.
−I didn't like the fact that there weren't any bedside tables so everything was on the floor beside the bed. The seating provided to watch television was extremely uncomfortable! The unit was poorly designed and not practical for a vacation.
