“Good location. Small dated rooms. Comfortable. Friendly staff”
+Location was great. Tricky to find. But called and was directed fine. Nice building inside. Nice staff. Hot shower.
−The room was smaller than we ordered and what the picture shows. Was offered a larger room the next day. Disappointed we weren't initially given it. Bathroom small. The beds were a bit small. Expensive. It shouldn't be that expensive for what you get.

“Fabulous stay in a very good area in Madrid Central.”
+The Hostal room we had was like a medium sized Hotel room with en suite facilities. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were fantastic and spoke good English. The location is perfect for exploring the city either on foot, or we would recommend the Metro for which there are 3 stations close by.
−It is not that we didnt like it, but you do need to be mobile to stay here as there are 3 flights of stairs to the Room. Not for anyone with mobility issues.

+Benamar is a lovely familyrun hotel, where the whole family is involved in taking care of the guests. We had a really nice stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The location is fantastic, and you can easily walk to most of the main attractions and interesting areas of Madrid. We would definitely recommend Benamar to anyone looking for a cosy and centrally located place to stay in Madrid.

+The hotel in general, and specially the rooms, were really clean and maintained everyday. The personal was really friendly. It is located some minutes away from the city center, but there is a Metro station nearby.
−It could get noisy sometimes, the TV from other rooms or apartments in the building could be heard. Noises from neighboring bathrooms, specially shower, could also be heard loudly, but it usually didn't last long.

“Alojamiento sencillo pero agradable”
+Atencion y facilidades por parte del personal
−Es un hostal ubicado en una casa antigua. El acceso se ve poco acogedor, una vez dentro sin embargo la habitacion, sencilla, resulta agradable
