+It was centrally located.
−The area was not the safest and had a lot of unhoused people. They also forced cleaning staff to enter my room without my consent.

“Our stay was wonderful. I'm glad I took the risk. And the little cafe next door was perfect.”
+We usually stay at the large hotels like Hilton, Sheraton etc. I wanted to take a chance on a smaller, less predictable type accomodations. I'm glad I made that choice.
−I can't say I didn't like this because my husband and I just laughed most of the night. Others may not find it amusing. Our room faced the busy street (I don't remember the name). There was alot of noice between the trucks, people talking, ambulances etc. We found it quite amusing and of course the hotel can't do anything about that other than warn the guests so if possible they could choose a room facing in a different street.

“Great Location for People Visiting Seattle”
+The Belltown had a great location to pike market and everything touristy that my mom and I wanted to visit. There were homeless nearby but I think that is unavoidable in Seattle. We really had a great time!
