“Disappointed”
+N/A
−My husband and I were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room smelled strongly of mildew, the furniture was old and worn, and the room did not have the balcony listed in the amenities. Our biggest concern was safety. The door hinges were loose, and there was a noticeable gap around the door that made us feel someone could potentially break in. We did not feel safe staying there. The hotel was also very difficult to find because the hotel name was not displayed on the building. We had to call the front desk several times for directions. Because of the condition of the room and the security concerns, we decided to leave rather than stay the night. This was not the experience we paid for, and I would not recommend this hotel. I am requesting a full refund due to the unsafe conditions and inability to stay in the room.

“Overall is a good place to stay for a short trip, just needs a few minor changes & better up keeping.”
+It was spacious enough for 2 people to accommodate
−Needs some updating & better cleaning. Shower curtain was dirty, shower head was rusted, utensils & appliances still had visible dirty smudges.
