“Good location to the vineyards but accommodation and building needs improvement.”
+The large open verandah with seating overlooking street. Hotel restaurant with good options. Secure parking. Modern bathrooms.
−When we entered our room the bed was wet from a roof leak. We were given a different room (but with no ensuite as booked). After asking we were given a dinner voucher at the hotel restaurant as compensation. When we left our two night stay we found that the car park was locked and we had to wait an hour and a half before it opened. No one was available in the meantime. We should have been told of the car park lockdown. Do not stay on a Friday night as the music from the bar below is deafening. No breakfasts except Sundays.

−An extra hook or a small shelf in the shower wouldn't be a luxury.

+Needed for a purpose, bed was acceptable.
−Damage to the window and door worrying. Broken lamp, not the cleanest. Breakfast price advertised incorrectly. Wasn't the greatest feeling of security.

−Dusty and dead bus on windowsills and bathroom. Curtain was hanging on by a thread and somewhat transparent

“I enjoyed all this place has to offer. Staff are so helpful and lovely, even tired bar assistants.”
+My room was excellent, bathroom excellent, the dining area excellent, the food absolutely exquisite, very delicious. I loved the oldness of this place and how they have kept it that way even the spider webs, except for the bed and pillows - most comfy bed and pillows I have ever had.
−Nothing, loved it all

“DONT STAY HERE!!!!!”
+the only positive i can say is that the bed was reasonably comfortable.
−1. there was only 1 coffee mug in a room that was booked for 2 people which was absolutely filthy and had toothpaste inside it and it had 3 tea bags in it which are now contaminated. 2. no milk in the fridge or sugar. 3. No face towel to wash 4. No shower mat. 5. no individual hand soap. - just a almost empty pump soap which i was not game to use because i have no idea what was in it??? 6. TV DID NOT WORK!!!!!!!! 7. only 2 clothes hangers in the wardrobe 8. No flyscreens on the windows. The room was a little musty smelling but we could not open the windows to freshen up the room because the windows opened up onto the balcony which had free access to every one in the hotel to be able to enter our room through the window.
