“közepes”
+Közepes kategória, szolgáltatások. A reggeli is közepes. 3 szobára 1 hajszárító zárlatos. A víz gyengén csorog időnként. WIFI leginkább csak a nappaliban működött

“Good for 1 night if u need hotel near the airport.”
+initially very welcoming hosts, however due to some confusion between 2 other guests arriving early the next morning and the owner, these guests tried twice to enter our room at 5am and woke us up, and were talking loudly to the owner on loudspeaker and the host arrived to tell them to sleep on the coach. The stay was very good apart from this. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast OK. The host didn’t offer an apology for our sleep being interrupted and no discount offered, not that I was seeking it, but it would have been a nice token gesture. Absolutely nothing to do in local area and this villa is ideal for 1 night stay if you have a flight the next morning, if other guests don’t try to enter your room!

“Value for money”
+Eenvoudig onderkomen. Meer een B&B met zeer gastvrije host. Goede ligging.

“Okay”
+Hausangestellte sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Bett selber war bequem. Zimmer lieblos - Badezimmer stark in die Jahre gekommen! Haus macht optisch keinen gepflegten Eindruck (Fenster dreckig). Für 1 Nacht okay. Preis/Leistung okay.

“Endroit de charme”
+Un endroit de charme dans un quartier résidentiel. Nelum en charge de la maison, est disponible et très gentille. Un seul petit defaut : il faut soit louer une voiture soit prendre le taxi pour aller où que ce soit.

“Personal and friendly guest house.”
+Excellent alternative to 5 star plastic hotels in Muscat. Staff and owners helpful, comfortable rooms with good bathroom, overhead fan as well as air conditioning, in house phone, Internet and printer facilities. Muscat is spread out so you need to organise transport wherever you stay - the owners had excellent transport/taxi contacts who never let us down and were reasonably priced. Good breakfast included in the fee.
