+UNACCEPTABLE: Severe Bedbug Infestation and Breach of Refund Agreement My brother’s recent stay at this Blackpool establishment was completely ruined by a severe bedbug infestation in his room, which is a flagrant breach of basic health, safety, and hospitality regulations. Following this appalling experience, management explicitly admitted fault and promised a full refund within 3 days. That deadline has passed, and no refund has been received. This failure to honor a formal agreement is entirely unacceptable. Take this notice as a final demand: if the promised refund, alongside appropriate compensation for the distress and damage caused, is not issued immediately, we will escalate this matter formally. This will include filing an official report with the Blackpool Council Environmental Health department, lodging a credit card dispute/chargeback for a failed service, and seeking formal legal advice to pursue financial recourse. Sort this out now.

+Host was friendly and explained the entry system. Bar area was lovely decorated- will be nice when it opens properly! Great location and excellent value for money for our family of 4! Would return!

+Lovely property overlooking the seafront. Very spacious for a family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and a nice large bathroom. We especially liked the cosey snug off the kitchen which opens up onto a small roof terrace. Great location for exploring North Somerset, such as Cheddar and the Mendip Hills
−Parking was quite tight, but we managed!

+Lovely and clean. Everything we needed was provided. Lovely hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in. Kept us updated every step of the process.

+Could not fault a thing from arriving to leaving everything was spotlessly clean nothing was too much trouble the beds were some of the comfiest beds we have ever stayed in the mini fridge in the room is a brilliant idea Kyle and Charlie are so welcoming and friendly they really are a credit to the place it’s like home from home the lady that works there as well is brilliant unfortunately didn’t manage to catch her name we will definitely return a massive 10/10 from us

“Lovely hotel and brilliant location”
+The owners had recently taken over ,so they weren't doing breakfast yet . This was fine as there were plenty local cafes within easy reach . The room was lovely even though it was on the top floor and I had problems with walking ...my fault as i shoold have requested a low floor .We had a private bathroom as well as TV , ironing equp't , fridge and kettle with tea and coffee in the room . Briiliant location as a few minutes walk from the prom and the Tower . Would go to this hotel again if visiting Blackpool
