“Good breakfast and friendly host, but dated facilities.”
+We had seen quite a few negative reviews beforehand, so perhaps we were well prepared for what to expect and did not have high expectations. The room, and especially the bathroom, is quite dated, which can make it look a little unclean at first glance, although we felt that it was reasonably clean. The breakfast was good, with the host providing three local bread rolls per person. There was also yoghurt, packaged bread rolls and fruit available. The host was friendly and explained everything clearly. We could not check in at our preferred time, but we had not requested this well in advance either and we eventually found a solution together.
−The mattresses were not very comfortable and we would recommend renovating (especially the bathroom), as this would make a big difference. We could not lock the bathroom door from the inside, although this may have been user error on our part 😉. We also could not turn off the light on the air conditioning unit without switching the entire unit off, which made the room quite bright at night.

+The host was fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. We loved our breakfast with fresh breads and pastries!
−The room was inexplicably warm, a/c helped somewhat. The bathroom was private but external which was fine but door didn’t lock from inside. The whole bathroom badly needs renovated!! The bedroom was clean, nice floor and big enough. The balcony was small but nice to have.

−The AC was actually broken the out my stay with beeping not cool air especially the last night it completely broke and was beeping from 3 am onwards I could not turn it of and it drove me mad Breakfast standard brioche

“This is a very bad place to stay, totally misleading pictures and offer details.”
+Hardly anything, the only well functioning part of the room was the air conditioner.
−The pictures of the ad are big fat lies. The bathroom was a very old and rather disgusting bathtub and a similarly old toilet where the seat wasn't even properly installed therefore sitting was very uncomfortable. The double bed in our room consisted of two old and uncomfortable single mattresses. Specifically, it was impossible to snuggle up with my partner because the edge of the mattress pressed into our sides. But the more outrageous part was the breakfast. It was nothing like the pictures! Not even close, it was totally misleading! It was 2 euros worth of mediocre bakery bought from the neighboring shop. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place!

“Gentilezza e ottima colazione in mancanza di tutto il resto…”
+Cordialità e vicinanza al centro. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi del forno.
−Camera pulita e grande ma vecchie come arredo. Tv non funzionante (assenza di sintonizzazione) e pile scariche del telecomando (abbiano provato ad usare quelle del condizionatore). Porta della camera con vetro dipinto di bianco con forte cigolio all’apertura. La nostra camera aveva il bagno esterno ma sapevano di questo, nel contesto pulito però vecchio e con vasca/doccia improponibile da quanto vecchia e con parete anti schizzi rotta e indecente per un B&B. Anche la porta del bagno in vetro dipinto di bianco con molta difficoltà pure nell’apertura tanto che ci hanno consigliato di fare piano nell’usarla e per non provocare rumore, nonché poca privacy essendo una porta di quel tipo. Allego foto del servizio igienico. Penso che tutto il B&B abbia bisogno di un totale rinnovamento.

+Struttura vicina al centro e a molti ristoranti, si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze ma con qualche difficoltà. Camera e bagno spaziosi, puliti e ordinati. L' host è stato molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha accolto con simpatia e ci ha dato dei consigli per visitare la città e per mangiare. Al mattino la colazione con i prodotti forniti dal forno vicinissimo al bnb è stata deliziosa. Consigliato!
