“Perfect location, even better people”
+We loved the terrace on the rooftop for a bottle of wine at the end of our day sightseeing. The staff was friendly and had excellent advice. They arranged taxis and gave us suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

“Great, comfortable central city stay.”
+Really comfortable room right in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all the main sights. Super, welcoming host who immediately offered for me to store my luggage at the property after check out as I had an evening flight. Great value for money with breakfast included. Lovely rooftop as well where I enjoyed my morning coffee in the sun!

“We really liked the central location of this little bed and breakfast.”
+This was really conveniently located to everything touristy in Florence. Overall a nice comfortable room for a reasonable price
−It is up on the fourth floor of an old building with no elevator - it’s not necessarily unusual for Italy, just something to be aware of.

“Great place! Would stay here again!”
+Great location, and May was awesome! Very helpful!
−The bed was just a little uncomfortable for us (what we’re used to), but it was fine!

“A great place to stay! Homely rather than luxurious but had all the comforts you could want. Would recommend”
+The location was excellent and the property was quirky and felt homely. The breakfast table was always set so if you fancied a coffee and biscuit in the afternoon or evening then it was all there for you . Friendly helpful staff and easy check-in when reception was closed.
−There was some noise from the street throughout Friday and Saturday night but it was quiet on Sunday. This isn’t an issue with the property but more the convenient location to restaurants etc of the property

“Lovely few days in the heart of Florence!”
+The location is amazing, incredibly central, and close to a lot of attractions to see in the city. Furthermore, the view is lovely. We loved the flexibility of the breakfast and also being able to hang out and have dinner in the common space.
−The water pressure of the shower was not the best, but really nothing else I could think of. We really enjoyed our stay.
