+The room was fantastic, very nicely designed, comfortable. We used the sauna and whirlpool as weel, good Italian breakfast in the cafe in front of the house. Directly in the city center.

+We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this hotel. The creative combination of the historic building with a private sauna and jacuzzi inside the room was simply amazing. It was such a pleasant surprise because I hadn't even noticed that the room included a sauna when I booked our overnight stay. We were truly delighted🤩🛁 There is a public parking area just a short walk away, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again.💫

−Opholdet levede desværre ikke op til prisen. Stedet er mere en Airbnb end et hotel - der er ingen reception, og indtjekning foregår via koder sendt på WhatsApp. Sengene var meget knirkende, og der var ingen nærliggende parkeringsmuligheder. “Morgenmad inkluderet” viste sig blot at være en kaffe og en brioche på en café i nærheden, hvilket ikke fremgik tydeligt ved booking. Samlet set matcher oplevelsen desværre ikke prisniveauet.

+Die Lage und die kleine gemütliche Stadt.
−Laut Booking.com sollten kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Auf explizite Nachfrage vorab wurde dies verneint und auf Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe verwiesen. Bei unserer späten Anreise war dort jedoch alles belegt, sodass wir nachts erst mühsam nach einem freien Platz suchen mussten. Das gesamte Ambiente wirkt sehr heruntergekommen. Die in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung wurde nur sehr notdürftig geflickt. Besonders besorgniserregend war die Zimmertür: Die Türzarge war offensichtlich mehrfach aufgebrochen und wurde provisorisch mit drei Schrauben an den angrenzenden Küchenmöbeln fixiert. Schon bei leichtem Druck gab die Tür nach und ließ sich nicht sicher verschließen. Ein Gefühl von Sicherheit kam hier leider nicht auf. Auch das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung. Man muss dafür in ein nahegelegenes Café gehen, wo man lediglich ein Heißgetränk und ein Croissant erhält.

+Uczucia mam dość mieszane. Łazienka super, przestronna komfortowa i czysta. Póki 6 osobowy, mieliśmy mieć 4 łóżka pojedyncze, a mieliśmy tylko podwójne. Dodatkowo wanna w pokoju😉. Drobne miejsce kuchenne w pokoju. Pościel czyściutka, dużo ręczników! Łóżka i poduszki wygodne.
−Zameldowanie check-in online, z podaniem nr ID i innymi danymi. W podróży musieliśmy się zatrzymać z powodu ulewy. Staliśmy w deszczu na dworze z mokrym telefonem w ręku i uzupelnialismy wszystkie dane! Pani nie chciała nam udostępnić kodu do drzwi do póki tego nie zrobimy. Rezerwacja była opłacona z góry.

+Położenie w centrum, blisko Trydentu
−Niezgodny układ apartamentów z zamówieniem. Zamówiłem dwa apartamenty. Jeden m Dla dwóch osób miał mieć dwa pokoje: sypialnie z trzema łóżkami i salon z kanapą. Był tylko jeden wspólny pokój. Drugi apartament dla 6 osób. miał mieć 4 łóżka pojedyńcze i jedno podwójne. Miał 3 łóżka podwójne. Zgodnie z informacją miała być recepcja do 23. Okazało się że nie ma recepcji, a zameldować trzeba się przez jąkaś aplikacje podając wszystkie dane łącznie z numerem dowodów i adresem. Kontakt tylko przez Whatsapp i telefon. Przyjechaliśmy po 1500 km drogi, zmęczeni i skandal z niezgodnością łóżek, a jedyne co pracownik miał nam do powiedzenia, że nic nie poradzą i 6 pań ma spać w łóżkach po dwie. Do tego problem z brudem w łazience w fugach. Załączam zdjęcia, oraz kable i dziury w ścianie, oraz rozwalona klamka.

+Quick responses. Complicated, but easy check in - very detailed instructions. Not my style, but clean apartment. Parking is very close. Cute little city.
−I personaly find some things in the apartment little bizarre - like sauna and huge hot tube right in the room. Glass doors to bathroom - lack of privacy. No proper table and no proper glasses (only wine glasses). No waste bags in the bins. You can hear from the streets everything (there was some kind of street event till over midnight veeery loud + in the morning before 7 AM it sounded like landing an aeroplane 😅). No breakfast for our kid (who we paid for as a 3rd person), I asked the waiter, who was very stressed and slightly rude, so he offered her at least a juice. But I guess kids in Italy don't eat or what 😅 Anyway even for adults it is only croissant + cafe, which is common in Italy, I know, but it is not a proper breakfast, so be prepared.
