“Arrive during the day, Comfy beds and clean, good central location, share with random people”
+During the day, the location is great with a Market below and it is pretty central for all the good locations to see in Naples. The staff were helpful when we were trying to locate the property, which was all very clean inside. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was shared, but it was a great shower and clean, as well as a communal kitchen and a balcony.
−We arrived in the evening which I would not recommend as it was quite difficult to locate and is in an area that feels a tad unsafe at night (in a busy alleyway). There was someone sat in our room with his stuff as we arrived so we were unsure what was clean in our room. It is shared accommodation (kitchen and bathroom), but there is locks on all the doors so it feels safe

“Convenient location yet the cigarettes smoked by the landlord make the place smelly.”
+The landlord is a very nice person. The location is convenient since the distance to old town as well as to the bus and railway station is reasonably short. There are pizzerias and bakeries in the vicinity. Literally on the street there is a local market with fruit, fish and other stuff. The air conditioning works well and it is clean without any unpleasant odors from the vent.
−I was not aware that I booked a room in a flat where the landlord lives as well. It was a bit awkward to me when she slept in the kitchen while I was in a room next door. There are two rooms for rent in that apartment, however one is pretty roomy with normal modern furniture including a large double deb, while the other one (I was in it) is very small with two separate beds and a tiny cabinet only. So there was not even a place to put my laptop, neither any to hand my shirts. The big one at the end - unfortunately the landlord smokes heavily in the apartment (not in the guest room). So the smell is everywhere and even the walls are soaked by it.

+Clean room and bathroom. The host is helpful, but unfortunately he only speaks Italian.
−Hard to find. A very ugly neighborhood - a littered, dirty street.

+It is great that the rooms are private to the individual. I didn't like the location because it's a little far from the city center.

“Pleasant”
+my unpopular opinion would be i love the streets, it feels very napoli. situated just right above a CDs stall, (yes, in 2023), we could hear italian songs playing almost all day and i found it super fun and the bathroom's nice.
−it's quite confusing to find the b&b as the name they used was b&b anna, so take note on that. we were checked in by the neighbour, so it took some of our time had the owner was there it might be less confusing. oh yes and the place's super high, guests with big luggages have to ponder more on that.

“Awkward and uncomfortable environment.”
+The location was great. It was on a street where there was a big market and it was close to the city center too.
−The owner sleeps in the living room/kitchen so it was super awkward to be there at night. It felt like we couldn’t leave our room. She smoked in the apartment, so there was lots of smoke. On the last night there was a water spillage on our floor from the ac, lots of our things were wet.
