+The location was excellent to all facilities. Walking distance from the harbor.
−The BBQ set outside was very limited with only one old pot available for cooking pasta.

“Wonderful place right outside of Seward!!”
+Great location, super easy check in, so much lovelier than we expected. Super comfortable beds, large space, exceptionally clean. We loved it and would highly recommend!!

+The owners did everything they could to make our stay a happy one and they provided everything we needed to be very comfortable and well looked after. We were lucky enough to have no one staying above us and so it was lovely and quiet. Shari left a warm home cooked biscuit which was delicious. Facility was made for us to store our luggage after checkout which was perfect
−Since we are older visitors we found the lighting wasn’t bright enough for us.

“A comfortable stay away from home with all the comforts, accommodation is nice and clean which is a prerequisite for us.”
+We stayed in Den 2 Downstairs accommodation. It is well catered for, home away from home. Shari is very good with correspondence and we met the owner when he was mowing the lawn. A microwave and tea and coffee available, bathroom shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided which is so helpful while travelling, not having to bring all that with us. Good free wifi speed. A short 10 mins walk to town and so close to where the train station. W taxi ride to the port, be sure you ring them with plenty of time as it can be hard to get a taxi in Anchorage. Bed was very comfortable. Good showers.

+Cosy and comfortable. Like the coffee and welcome cookies. Location wise, very convenient. Speedy respond when the damaged toilet seat was reported.

“Nice room overall but got really hot”
+The room was large enough for 4 of us to sleep comfortably (pull out couch and 2 beds worked for 2 adults + 2 kids). The room was clean and the host responded very quickly to requests (like for additional towels etc. )
−There is not enough air flow in the room if it gets warm, which it did during our stay (by warm I mean ~70 degrees during the day). The heat was trapped in the room and keeping the windows open led to enough street noise that it was a problem. The shower area is also fairly small.
