“Not worth. Rooms are very tiny, but yes there are not other options”
+Location is good
−Because of our dietary restrictions, we asked to use the microwave for just 5-7 minutes. The staff were incredibly rude and arrogant , they snapped at us and said we could only use it before 9 o’clock because ‘other staff are coming.’ It was literally one quick use, but they acted like we were asking for the world. It’s obvious they only treat their special little group nicely and don’t give a damn about anyone else

“Thank you so much.”
+I loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The view was nice from our corner of the outside deck. It is also rewarding to support the people of Jasper following the tragic fire. We loved it.
−I really can't think of much! Probably a microwave in the room. We had a fridge. Otherwise it was great. Thank you for the chance to review this property. I really don't have anymore comments to leave!

“Good stay”
+Great location, good parking next to room, comfy bed, staff were helpful.
−No iron in room it was a shared facility and the rooms are small compared to others we stayed at in Canada. Very minor issues really as accommodation was good and the location is very good.

“We absolutely love visiting Jasper but the size of the room we stayed in was way too small. We think that we should hav”
+The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect.
−The room that we stayed in (36) was very small. The price should reflect on the size.

“The Bear Hill Lodge was cute and cosy and we had a great time!”
+We loved the general vibe of the place, the little touches like coffee in the room and makeup wipes, and the staff were very accommodating
−The mattress was a little too springy for us personally and we kept rolling in towards the middle of the bed

“Good value and one of the better properties in Jasper.”
+The furnishings are modern and nice. Our room was very clean and had lots of helpful items, such as cutlery, pots and pans, and cutting board.
