The sheets were dirty. I reserved 3 rooms, and there were bed bugs in all 3 rooms. I reported this to the front desk and told them that I wanted a refund, but they refused to give me one. They told me they would issue the refund, but to this day, I have not received any refund. Terrible service! Even after showing the bed bugs to the staff, they ignored me. The only thing they said was that they were sorry for the inconvenience, but that the reservation was non-refundable. I do not recommend this place. It may be close to the beach, but the service was terrible, the pool was not good, and the rooms had bed bugs. We were not the only ones either, there was another couple who was also complaining about the same issue.
