+staff was friendly
−The place is not well kept. The beds and bedding were smelly and the bed was really uncomfortable. The place could do with renovations. No coffee was offered, breakfast was really terrible. No value for money at all.

“Great location, great views and friendly hosts.”
+Our hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the view from the main room was wonderful
−I thought the accommodation was self-catering but it was not, which was disappointing. Otherwise, it was fine.

“Our family heaven! We will be coming back soon!”
+Very kind and hospitable hosts, Elsie and Mike. They kept in touch with us from the day of our booking, check in, during our stay, until we arrived home after check out. Very good accommodation, comfortable beds, plenty of beds in the family room, a huge fridge. We loved the balcony that had the Seaview from our room, you relax in your bed and enjoy the splashing sound of the waves. Elegant interior decor makes this property unique and stunning. Our kids loved walking across the street to the private beach, sightseeing of monkeys in the bushes and playing in the quiet neighborhood park. A bonus was the indoor swimming pool and a separate indoor braai facility. It rained in Winterstrand but we could happily enjoy a family braai and kids could swim throughout without worry of scorching heat or rain.
−Absolutely nothing. This property was what we were looking for and it exceeded our expectation.

“Disappointing”
+Good location and we had more than enough beds. Our host was very friendly and we appreciated that.
−Parking is not ideal. The smell of cigarettes as you enter the property is not nice. Our door didnt have a lock so that is a safety issue. Wish they had a shower instead of a bathtub since its. Sharing family room.
