+A very well located spot. The caravan was comfortable and well stocked with plates, cups and glasses. Towels, washing up things, fans and bottled water were also there.

“Not coming again :)”
+It was long I was not going for an holiday so I like the fact I was not home. The caravan was nice but just for 1 day...it was really expensive
−If you have not a car you can't do anything and the beach is not enjoyable

“GIVE IT A WIDE BERTH”
+It was not a nice stay. It is over priced for the standard of accommodation, especially compared to other on site.
−Not sure why its called beach view, you cannot see the sea, the whole site is surrounded by a 6 foot high see wall. Not a good view. The place was like an oven and very uncomfortable during the day and at night.

−Our own error but I had to brave a cold shower as the hot water was turned off on the boiler initially.

+It was a great location but wasn’t clean and a number of the crockery and plates and mugs were hot clean and had to be washed before use, the bedding could be better also.

+The close proximity to the beach and the public transport links were great, the beds were comfortable, the free wi-fi worked well and the kitchen was fairly well-equipped (bring your own potato peeler though).
−As soon as we walked into this accommodation we could see crumbs and debris on the table, bits on the floor (including an old sweet under the table) and white hairs pretty much everywhere - on the carpets, on the (clean) duvet covers and even around the oven knobs. We spent the first 45 minutes of our stay cleaning. Don't run your finger along any of the high-up flat surfaces - goodness knows when they were last dusted. It is too much to expect the floors to be vacuumed and the doormat to be shaken out before each new guest stays at the property? There were even a couple of old dog biscuits left in one of the kitchen cupboards. Other annoyances were that the kitchen sink plug was not attached to the chain, there was nowhere to plug in one of the bedside lamps in the double bedroom, and in the adjacent toilet the hot tap wasn't actually attached to the basin. The caravan has potential but unfortunately the lack of cleanliness left a sour taste in the mouth throughout our stay and at nearly 800 quid for a week in September, this was poor value for money. Very disappointing.
