“Location fabulous and facilities, but suggest to book a more upmarket, refurbished apartment”
+The location could not have been better. It was an easy stroll into town, only a block to the beach and even less to the new kids splash park. The pools were very good and were not crowded and there was plenty of shallow area to relax and to play with the grandkids. The pool we used was not overlooked by any of the apartments and this was a big plus. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. The pool towels were able to be replaced any time we liked. The BBQ was clean and utensils were supplied, lovely BBQ seating area also.
−The apartment was very tired, kitchen not well equipped with things needing replacing. Floors very old and did not feel clean, there was mould in the shower/laundry room. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. For less than $100 more, my son had a beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom unit with much more space and cleaner.

+I loved the location and how easy it was to get to everything. I loved the pools and how it was set up and how welcoming the apartment felt
−This is silly but as someone with allergies I hated that I had to wipe the bed heads in the room as it was covered in dust and would fall on me whilst I was sleeping and cause me to sneeze

+Location and size. Very easy to walk everywhere - shops and beach were very close. The apartment was larger than expected and the veranda was big too.
−No exhaust fans in the bathrooms and I think it’s time for new couches, they were small and the cushions are old.

“Good location but tired facilities”
+Has a good position near the beach and town centre restaurants. It also has good underground parking.
−The apartment was tired and dated. The second bedroom had exceptionally poor en-suite facilities - the handbasin was very small, the type normally found in a toilet unit.

“Hygiene and Safety Standards not met for Accommodation”
+This property was a major disappointment I have travelled a lot throughout my life staying at 5 star properties right down to backpackers the only two decent things were the pool area and the washing machine and dryer worked.
−Our room (Room 2) should not be allowed in the rental pool due to safety issues and hygiene, even though described as budget accommodation it should meet certain standards. Firstly I understand that these apartments are owned privately so when it comes to repairs most likely it's up to the owners but there should be a standard example a power point should not be damaged that could cause harm, fire or death to a customer (see photo of crack on power point) and broken bathroom doors hanging off. The hygiene matter of this apartment is so poor this apartment needs a good clean and if the cleaners cannot do their job properly they should be let go and re hire. The tiles were not cleaned prior to staying and seems like they never get clean based on the dirt showing up on the white tiles, the dust everywhere, the glass coffee tables had not been cleaned prior to staying so we could see previous guest glass marks and fingerprints, the showers had not been cleaned as the level.or dust on a tile step within the shower would have been eliminated if the cleaners had turned on the water and splashed it about and I love the idea (being sarcastic) that they use a lot of Air wick air refreshers t

“Perfectly located accommodation, clean and spacious with a beautiful pool.”
+Spacious inside and outside on the balcony. The trees and the lookout from the balcony was restful. 2 beds and 2 bathrooms was great for 3 friends sharing the space. Cleanliness. Location to town and cafes on the beach. Pool was beautiful. We all really enjoyed our stay.
−Property is tired, the carpet needs replacing. The blinds were broken, we asked reception to get them fixed but nothing happened. We couldn't open the second bedroom window.

“Enjoyed our week there. A few shortcomings but generally quite ok.”
+Location absolutely first class; great proximity to beach and shops. Pools were good, although the sun lounges for the main rear pool feel that they are really positioned amongst the outdoor tables and barbecue. Both apartment and external areas very clean and neat. Managers and staff friendly and responsive.
−The photos on this web site are a little flattering compared to where we stayed - Unit 13. The external doors to balcony quite worn and difficult to open and close - a little love and maintenance required. (FYI - noticed quite a few of the elder guests struggling with the steps. Although only over 3 levels, people need to be aware that no lifts.)

“Perfect for families, apartment was huge!”
+Location is amazing! We walked everywhere during our stay and only used the car when doing further away day trips. It is close enough to everything but far enough to enjoy peace. Staff were very accommodating and approachable. Highly recommend and will return!
