+Super nice host, late check-in was possible, flexibility and tasty breakfast (coffee and brioche or foccacia) in the cafe in the same building. Quite close to the train station and the old centre (walking distance if you like to walk).
−Italian breakfast - for a small hunger, could be bigger. Not every option avaliable in the cafe was possible to choose by us, for example sandwitches. A kettle in the room would be useful.

“Lightening visit made easier by our stay here”
+Really close to all the places you need to visit. We stayed one night and walked to and from the BnB a few times! Maurizio greeted us he was lovely and we were able to check in early which was fab considering we stayed only one night. Shower was great! Very clean. Breakfast the next day at cafe in building was great especially as early opening time allowed us plenty of time to catch our bus to piazza Principe Stazione- the bus stop is also in front of the building- excellent
−It didn’t really bother us but the room with private bathroom had no locks to the rest of the house. It may trouble some who visit.

“Perfect for a short stay in the city!”
+It's a room with its own bathroom and shower within an bigger apartment, but don't worry, you won't be bothered (it has its own lock). Pierluigi is very friendly and will help you get around the city if you are up for tips, of course. The house is about 15 minutes away from a metro station, and I found the neighbourhood itself very pleasant, especially if you're interested in XXth century urbanism, since it's full of fascist architecture. Everything worked fine, there's even a desk from which you can work if you need to. I stayed for one night only, but I heard no noises and it was a great stay. The room itself is quite nicely decorated, hosting a huge collection of manga. I don't read manga at all but even I was impressed. P.S. You're also get a breakfast ticket for a nearby cafe.
−The only thing that I had to get used to was the bed: it's quite soft and hard at the same time and couldn't figure out how to set myself on it comfortably. However, I got a nice 8-hour sleep, in the end .
