“Centrally located, clean with a wonderfully comfortable bed but this is more of an Airbnb rather than a hotel. Staff wa”
+Property was centrally located. The rooms were a good size and the staff was very pleasant.
−I didn’t realize that we were not in the main hotel but in an annex instead. Felt isolated without access to main hotel.

“Good B&b in historic centre”
+The staff were generally very helpful. The living room was spacious and nicely furnished and the outside terrace was pleasant. Room cleaning was good Room was quiet once window was closed.
−The bedroom was very stuffy particularly at night once the air conditioning is turned off making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast food was good but amounts available (pastries, fruit etc) not t really adequate for number of costs. B&B could and should be more generous in making water and soft drinks available .

“Stylish and comfortable retreat in city centre.”
+Lovely property nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower. Nice little terrace and the geraniums were a lovely touch. Friendly and helpful staff. Good honesty bar, useful library of guidebooks.
−Third floor without a lift will rule it out for us in a few years. Re-stocking of tea and milk inconsistent.

“Great place to stay in Palermo!”
+Great location- very central location near the old town. High quality, spacious and very well stocked place. Comfortable beds and great shower. Very nice staff and good communication before and during the stay. We took the entire flat (4 bedrooms) and enjoyed the facilities including the lovely secluded terrace. Highly recommended!

“Simply perfect!”
+The appartment was simply great! We had it all by ourselfes and enjoyed each minute in it. The location was directly in the centre of Palermo, so everything was reachable within minutes. The furniture and design was lovely and in a very good condition. Nothing was missing. The host was more than lovely. Perfect!
−Basically nothing. We had very bad weather, which is of course not the fault of the appartment. That's why we were so happy, to stay in this lovely living room and enjoyed our stay in Palermo, despite the fact that it was raining cats and dogs.
