−The noise from the restaurant downstairs very late at night, other residents disrespectful use of passage ways, staff singing and whistleing at 6.30am outside the room.

+The room was lovely and spacious, big shower, cleaned daily and the cleaner was lovely, easy to access, no official check in or out, the location was easily accessible, easy to come and go with plenty of lunch and dinner options on doorstep
−Had minimal sleep, I'm a light sleeper anyway but it is constantly noisy, either motorbikes outside your room, or people or Music pumping. Literally had 2 hours sleep one night and 2 hours another due to the noise. The hair dryer didn't work and no milk for tea and coffee but the room did offer black coffee if you like it black.

“I strongly recommend not booking this hotel under any circumstances.”
+The location was good
−The noise makes it practically impossible to sleep. The restaurant downstairs plays loud music until well after midnight. On top of that, the room we were given, Room 105, is directly above the restaurant’s kitchen. From around 4:00 AM, we could hear the kitchen staff laughing loudly, shouting, and playing music. As a result, getting a proper night’s sleep was simply impossible. The rooms are also not clean, and the photos on the website do not reflect the reality of what you actually get. The hairdryer in our room did not work. I contacted the hotel and specifically asked them to fix it, but nothing was done, and we never received any response from the hotel staff. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the constant noise, poor cleanliness, misleading photos, broken equipment, and lack of response from the staff, the stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel is absolutely not worth the price, and I strongly advise against staying here.

“If you can put up with the noise and you don’t mind a very soft bed. Superb. No real grumbles as the hotel was lush, did”
+Location..
−Noise! Incredible all weekend.. we did get ear plugs but a warning before may have helped and the beds were just way too soft
