+The staff was really nice, location is convenient - close to public transport to cbd.
−Kitchen wasn't always clean. Staff was cleaning it every morning, but some guests just don't clean after themselves, unfortunately.

“Good place but with a little attention to maintenance could be great.”
+The staff, especially Ryan. He really cares and makes the place homey and is friendly and warm. He did a better job of cleaning the kitchen than the cleaner did. Way better!!!!
−There were several maintenance items that needed attention for the entire duration of my stay. The toilet seats on the third floor are all broken and so we're the soap dispensers. Issues with the shower heads meant bathrooms were flooded every day. With heavy use like these things get you really need to be on top of maintenance.

+Well kept overall. Good sized kitchen. The common area has couches, chairs, tables, pool table, tv to watch movies, card games and many possibilities to keep guests entertained. Big up to Ryan!
−Some distance away from the city center, but there are bus and tram stops nearby.

“Would not recommend at all”
+There were single private toilets you can use if they wereb't occupied.
−The bathrooms constantly smelled like weed. Not once did I see the receptionist during my trip even though it said they're available to help from 8am to 8pm which left a lot of my questions and concerns unanswered. The other residents were very noisy past 10pm (playing loud music, etc). Even in the room they would not stop talking. The rooms also smelled really bad. The bed mattress was horrible. There were used tissues on top of my bed when I checked in.

“Comfortable and affordable stay.”
+Location is great! Close to the tram so it was easy to travel in and out of St. Kilda. Staff were friendly and approachable. The facilities were clean as it can be. I enjoyed the sleeping pods, with the curtains for privacy when you needed your own space. There was also plenty of comfortable living and workspaces and the Wi-Fi speed was great :) Overall, a chilled environment, not chaotic.
