+We have been visiting St Augustine for at least 14 years. This was by far the best place we stayed.

“We have already booked again for the winter!”
+Everyone is friendly and professional: people at the front desk (who answer LIVE--no "press 1 for this, 2 for that), we met one of the housekeepers, Jade, who invited us into Aviles Cottage to preview the property for our next stay, and the people who delivering breakfast/happy hour (if you want those delivered.). Management does a great job of training and keeping their employees happy because it really shows. The hhotos of the properties accurately reflect accommodations. Our Hacienda Suite and the Aviles Cottage were immaculately clean. The food at both breakfast and happy hour is delicious. You will be making a great decision by booking at Bayfront Marin House for your next trip to St. Augustine.

“The Good Bad & Ugly”
+My family stayed in Governor White for five nights. I’m entitled to give my honest review how my family felt. I’m going to tell you about the good, bad & ugly part of our experience. First, the good the view, breakfast, and afternoon happy hour. I guess this establishment believes in this platform because it works. Okay here comes the bad. The room is only comfortable for two persons max. There is no third chair for breakfast upstairs and on the deck outside of room to enjoy breakfast. My wife had to share chair with my daughter for five days. The bathroom door inside of room is extremely hard to open. It so happens on our first night it fell off the track. Which caused us to use the bathroom with door open. Here comes the ugly, during our stay the water main broke outside, and we were unable to use the shower, and bathroom. I went downstairs to talk to inn keeper, and asked for some water because I didn’t know how long repair might take. The inn keeper said the water was for new guest. I paid enough money for this reservation, and added charge for third guest. Also, third day we came back from beach and our entire room smelled like pot because next door guest were celebrating. I i

“1700’s feel with modern comforts.”
+Location. Beautiful yard with blooming flowers. Well manicured grassy areas. It is really a b and b and not a hotel. Excellent breakfast included. It was a step back in time.
−Parking was on the block behind the property. But If you see the property you sort of understand. There is limited parking in all of historic St. Augustine.

“Great Place, Great Location”
+This is a great bed & breakfast. Very comfortable room and bed. The place is very charming and the breakfast is very good. Enjoyed the happy hour bites and homemade sangria. The location is perfect, walkable to everything but far enough from the night life noise. The morning sunrises were spectacular. Very helpful and responsive staff. Definitely recommend.
