“Enjoyable and staff lovely”
+Comfortable rooms, equipped as needed, clean
−I went to the pool area and was told there was a problem with the pool and couldn’t use it, I most likely wouldn’t have used it on this stay as wasn’t warm enough but another girl did want to use it.

“Wonderful”
+The room was wonderfully renovated. The manager on site was lovely and very helpful.
−The only thing I think that was missing was some extra towels we stayed 4 nights and only had 2 towels.

“Location was fine for what we wanted to do but would not stay there again.”
+Clean room, but not the room we wanted and they were reluctant to change us
−The man at the front desk was not friendly and we got accused wrongly of making too much noise when we were quietly talking in our room.

“Really good option for my 5 night stay in Perth”
+Batavia Appartments had everything I needed for my 5 night stay in Perth. The Appartments are about a 20 minute walk from Central Perth (Perth Busport) and about a 35 minute walk from Elizabeth Quay. The nearest big supermarket Woolworths Highgate is about a 15 minute walk. I arrived late and picked up my key from the Caretaker in Room 12. The Caretaker was friendly and helpful and assisted me later when I came to use the Washing Machine and Dryer. The Ensuute Appartment consisted of a separate bedroom and Kitchen / sitting room. The Kitchen had a fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. The sitting room had a dining table , chairs, settee and Google TV.
−I was up early and not out late so not really an issue but the blinds let in light at daybreak. Everything else was really good.

“Location to this place is 💯 on the spot closer to city , HBF stadium, staff were friendly and helpful and cleanliness 💯”
+Very clean and tidy and they let me checked in just after 12pm as I was early with my suitcase, other places don’t do this till 2pm , reception was a nice kind and helpful young lady , this place got a lift as well and coffee shop across the road , corner shop as well and the location is close to everything in the City. I will come back and stay here again. Thank you for having us
−Nothing to complain about

“Our apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay he”
+The location was excellent for our Perth stay. Very quiet and relaxing.
−The USB inputs at the power point didn’t work. Luckily I could connect to the TV’s USB port to charge. Could also have done with proper shower gel / soap rather than the foam supplied.
