+Proximity to MLB hall of fame and free parking
−These are older rooms and a little worn. Lots of noise in the hallways. No phone, no real local service

“Good place to stay in the center of town for a day or two but no more. Definitely not suitable for larger people.”
+The location can’t be beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we asked for something.
−The bathroom is extremely small. If you are 6 foot or taller then you would have a hard time sitting down on the toilet. The walls are pretty thin and if you have noisy neighbors it would be bad.

“Right in the heart of town, a few steps to the Baseball Hall of Fame and convenient for shopping.”
+I enjoy the baseball themed door plaques, the pictures throughout the establishment hanging on the wall, the baseball decor in the room. It only makes sense for the location. It was very low key and convenient for leaving your car parked while walking the shops. Beautiful little town and I'm proud to have grown up near such a nice place.
−No place to sit other than the bed or a small desk chair. The ice machine was always empty (not sure if guests were using it, or if it was slow). It was very stuffy at night due to the extreme heat. The central air unit didn't seem to function higher than the lowest setting. But all in all, small things can be overlooked. I'd stay again for next year's baseball tournament ⚾⚾⚾
