“Awful stay”
−Cockroaches and very poor treatment from the owner. We had to leave 3 nights early because there were cockroaches everywhere, including inside the air fryer and coming from the ceiling. We informed the owner the first morning, but he said it was “normal” on the island and offered no solution. When we left at 1 a.m. because we could no longer sleep there, we immediately informed him. He later blamed us for the cockroaches and refused to refund the 3 unused nights, despite all doors and windows being closed. We tried to resolve the situation politely, but the owner took no responsibility. Would not recommend.

“Wonderful”
+Our stay was excellent! The apartment had everything we needed and the owners were some of the nicest, most hospitable people we have ever met. The village was very small and quiet which is what we needed. If you want to relax and unwind, this place will be perfect for you.

“Amabilidad y buen trato”
+Nelson y Cristina son encantadores. Nos han dado muchisimas informaciones que eran tesoros y la convivencia con ellos ha sido muy agradable y divertida. La habitacion y el espacio muy cuidado y bonito. La cama muy confortable y un buen colchon donde poder descansar. La ubicacion es preciosa y si te gusta hacer caminatas en una naturaleza extraordinaria es el mejor lugar de la isla. Gracias por todo!

“Bonne expérience”
+Tout était très bien. Spacieux , extérieur ok, service complémentaire ok ( machine à laver,…). Nelson et sa femme étaient très gentils et accueillants et généreux
−Surcoût de 40 euros demandé pour le nettoyage malgré un coût de 149 euros pour la chambre. Un peu de bruit car le logement est à front de rue et les voisins parlent dans la rue en soirée

“La peor experiencia en açores”

−Cobran por la limpieza diaria y al llegar a la habitación, cosa que está oculta en la página de Booking.com. Dudosa limpieza, cama, almohada y ropa de cama, malas.Lugar oscuro, a pie de calle habiendo tráfico rodado y húmedo. La wifi no funciona en el interior del habitáculo.Propietario indiscreto que habita en el piso superior, agresivo, desagradable y que para evitar malas valoraciones, anula la reserva impidiendo la defensa del cliente a pesar de haber pagado con anterioridad. En las opiniones que se han podido defender y ante una mala crítica, según esta persona, los clientes nunca tiene la razón y son maleducados o sucios. Pagamos por dos días( incluida la limpieza de ambos), utilizamos el establecimiento 14 horas. No hay restaurantes cercanos.

−Die angekündigte Spülmaschine, die uns veranlasst hatte, den hohen Preis (887 €/7 Tage + unzulässig im Subtext versteckten 40 € "Endreinigung") zu akzeptieren, da eine der Hauptattraktionen der Azoren die noch immer gute Fischversorgung ist, fehlte ersatzlos; auch gab es nur eine Kochplatte mit der entsprechenden Konsequenz für die Beilagen (auf den Photos waren aber zwei zu sehen). Das Zimmer ist feucht-muffig und hellhörig.

“Nos encantó todo, VOLVEREMOS”
+Nos encantó todo, superó nuestras expectativas, tenía todos los detalles para sentirte como en casa, los dueños son ENCANTADORES, nos ofrecieron mucha información sobre él entorno. Se suspendió nuestro vuelo y nos consiguieron alojamiento y otro coche de alquiler, se portaron de forma excepcional, estaremos agradecidos toda la vida. El segundo alojamiento que nos ofrecieron estaba muy bien y al igual que el primero no le faltaba detalle. A sido un placer conocer a Nelson y Cristina

“Urlop na Azorach”
+Zadbane i ładne miejsce w spokojnym miasteczku. Mili i otwarci właściciele, którzy nas ugościli częstując obiadem i winem.
