+The location is very good, it's five minutes from the cities main street. Accomodation is well equiped and comfortable. The owner is rather nice and was very helpful.

+Overall, the apartment left a good impression. It is in an excellent location, right in the center of Catania, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. We also appreciated that the host was flexible and arranged a late check-in because of our late arrival. Breakfast is included in the price and was good. However, there was one major downside , on the very first day, we found cockroaches in our room. We informed the host, who responded and tried to solve the problem on the third day of our stay. Overall, our impression was positive, but unfortunately, the presence of cockroaches significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

“Overall satisfied”
+Nice staff, check in and check out worked well. Room and the apartment are overall nice. Good breakfast in the nearby Café. Central location in the city centre. Parking garage for motorcycles right across the street (20€ per night). I talked to the owner of a kebab restaurant in the street. He strongly adviced me not to park publicly at the street over night.
−You should avoid the street at the back of the building at night. Dodgy people there. I'm not picky, but the room, especially the bathroom, simply were not clean. There was quite some dirt and dark hair that one notices at first glance. I think it was not cleaned by anyone before my checkin. (see example pictures). The shower needs some maintenance. The lever comes off because the screw is missing and the door of the shower comes off, too.

“Good location”
+Very good location, clean big room
−The isolation of the windows and balcony door is close to 0. You could head everything from the street and also the wind coming in (early march it was a bit cold due to isolation, but there is an air-conditioner to heat so that was more or less compensating it.

+Logement bien situé, près des monuments et sites les plus importants. Proche des commerces, de nombreux restaurants pas très loin. Un parking payant mais sécurisé se trouve juste à côté. Merci pour l'accueil.
−Le logement est assez vieux, c'est son style mais cela nécessite un peu plus d'entretien. Le balcon était très sale, Les chaises comme la table. Les fenêtres ferment mal, la chasse d'eau laisse passer l'eau. Ce ne sont que des détails mais qui me semblent importants.

+Znakomita lokalizacja, tuż przy Via Etnea, stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego. Z balkonu widok na tętniący życiem skwerek. Fajna atmosfera Katanii. Pokój byl duży, posiadał lodówkę, co było przydatne w upały. Można było schłodzić napoje i przekąski. Obok apartamentu pełno sklepików, barów i atrakcji. Jeśli o mnie chodzi, to poczułam klimat Katanii w 100%. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Szczerze polecam.
