+TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. READ THE WHOLE THING FOR OUR OWN SAFETY. When we first arrived, we only left our things in the room and went exploring the city, When we came back later in the evening and went on the balcony, we felt gas smell from the water heater and contacted the property immediatly. They only said they passed on the message to the tehnician and they will keep us updated, but nothing else. We opened the balcony window to let the gas out and closed the door from the room to the balcony, opened the bathroom window to let out any gas that could've been in the room and tried to go to sleep, but could barely do it, since we were worried about the situation. Next morning, no message from them, so I texted them again. They said the tehnician has been informed and they will keep us updated of any news. We went out again, expecting something to be done, but no new message during the day. When we came back in the evening and opened the door to the balcony, we felt the smell of gas still and texted them again but received the same kind of response, that they passed on the message and they will contact us soon and then I realized that I was talking to an AI agent the
−We could've died of gas intoxication during the night or, even worse, imagine if there was a smoker that went on the balcony to lit up their ciggarette. The whole apartment could've blown up. The time it took them to actually adress the situation is very concerning. And the fact that most of the time we were talking to an AI agent with automated responses, and not an actual human being, is very disgusting

+The location is the best
−It only one bathroom to share with 4 rooms and it’s a nightmare because we need to wait for other people finish and I think there were dust mites in the room or in the blankets because my allergies flared up :(

+We enjoyed the location as it was close to the old town. The facilities were great, even though the bathroom was shared with other people (some of which had no sense of hygiene, but it's not the hostel fault - at least every morning it was cleaned). The AC was powerful, but maybe a window net would be a good addition for the night, for people who don't like sleeping with the AC on.
−The bed was uncomfortable and there is no space to dry your clothes if you want to handwash them, but other than that it is a great place.

−Jedna łazienka na 4pokoje.Trzeba było stać w kolejce do toalety.Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym żeby gość wyrzucał śmieci.Do końca nie wiem jak z kwestią kołder.Byly jakby kapy narzuty.Tym się przykrywało..Nie sądzę żeby były one prane po każdym gościu.To bardzo mi przeszkadzało.Powinna być kołdra z wymienną poszwą

+Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra, w centrum miasta, niedaleko Starego Miasta. To zaledwie 5 minut od przystanku autobusowego, z którego odjeżdża autobus z lotniska. Apartament jest czysty, a w łazience znajduje się wszystko, co niezbędne. Można zaparzyć herbatę lub kawę. Osobiście brakowało mi oczywiście aneksu kuchennego, w którym można by było przygotować sobie coś na śniadanie. Jednak na krótki, tranzytowy pobyt miejsce to się sprawdzi, tym bardziej że w pobliżu znajduje się wiele barów i kawiarni.”
−Oczywiście nie podobała mi się sytuacja, w której poproszono mnie o przesłanie zdjęć dokumentów i zrobienie selfie. Kiedy zacząłem dopytywać, do czego jest to potrzebne, kto przetwarza te dane, jak długo i gdzie są one przechowywane, nie otrzymałem żadnej sensownej odpowiedzi. Najciekawsze było jednak to, że kiedy zwróciłem się do obsługi klienta serwisu Booking.com, otrzymałem wyraźną radę, aby nie wysyłać nikomu swoich prywatnych danych, zdjęć dokumentów ani zdjęcia twarzy. Z kolei w hotelu oświadczono, że w takim przypadku po prostu mnie nie zarejestrują i w konsekwencji nie zameldują. Zamiast spokojnie szykować się do podróży, musiałem spędzić cały tydzień na korespondencji z hotelem.
