+The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Every amenity was provided and thought out. Mariano was the absolute best host who couldn’t do enough for us. Any questions, suggestions he was more than happy to assist.

+Great location and quiet. The air conditioner worked, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The kitchen was spacious. And Mariano was kind enough to wait for me to check me in after a seven hour train ride from Reggio Calabria because without him I don’t think I would’ve been able to get myself into the apartment with self check in. The hosts were great. I probably stay there again!
−Four keys for four locks and it was difficult to remember, especially if you have to go to the bathroom. Forgettaboutit! Great bathroom however, the shower doors did not close completely. Therefore there was always puddles of water on the floor after showering. And the closet arrangement is weird.

“Excellent location!”
+The location is unbeatable! Right on the border of the Old City, close to transportation, restaurants, even the beach is not too far away, 10/10! The apartment has AC, sturdy doors, so safety is not an issue, kitchen with everything you might need, and complementary coffee. Bed is comfy, with the blinds on you can sleep until noon, as it's on a quiet street. I'd definitely come back here!

“Malgré une bonne localisation, se garer est galere et couteux. Pas d accueil perso”
+Bon emplacement en plein centre historique. La personne qui loue essaie d etre accomodant. Lit confortable
−Je ne recommande pas cet endroit avec une voiture. Il est tres difficille de trouver une place de parking a moins de 5 minutes a pied, pourtant nous sommes hors saison., les parkings payants dans les rues sont saturés. Nous avons du payer un parking dans un garage privé pour 40€ pour 24h! Aucun accueil d une personne, les infos sont donnees a la derniere minutes par ecrit pour trouver les clefs et s ouvrir soi meme. Manque des equipements de base., PAS De bouteille d eau pour l arrivee des voyageurs. Obligé de chercher de l eau dans la nuit apres un voyage ! qu une seule lampe de chevet, qu une seule prise au lit. La fenetre donne sur un balcon tout proche avec des personnes qui y vivent. De ce fait pour son intimité on est obligé de fermer les volets (pas de rideau) en plein jour. Bref je déconseille fortement
