“Very expensive for what it was”
+Breakfast was very good. The staff was very good.
−This was rated as a 5-star hotel, and that wasn’t accurate. It was very expensive for what was more like a 4-star hotel.

“We very much enjoyed the decor of the hotel. The location was spot on being right in the center of many of the museums a”
+The property was modern and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
−Nothing, other than the cost. Our room was just shy of $600 for one night.

−The hotel is clean with good location. However, the hotel’s management needs to be aware of flexibility for check in and check out times. Especially when it is not affecting other people’s experience. If the hotel is willing to charge an extra fee for a late check out, then they definitely don’t care about the next customer if any. Furthermore, they requested for a deposit fee which doesn’t make sense. Especially when you ask for it after making the full payment of the stay during check in. This is not mentioned in any of the booking details through booking.com not the confirmation email. Unfortunately, management needs further improvement to qualify for a 5 star hotel.
