“Staff was lovely to answer any questions we may have.”
+The location, everywhere was within walking distance. It was very easy to find the place. The stay was very comfortable.
−Nothing really. We had a good time.

+The property was clean. They sent instructions for entry. But the email was sent just the day before & I couldn't access my email while traveling.
−The sofa bed was not made up but we didn't know until getting ready for bed. When we called to ask for bedding we were asked why we needed it since there were only two people and a double bed. I thought the question personal. It was late when we called and bedding was only furnished for the second night.

“Perfect location, clean and big enough. No WiFi signal.”
+The location was perfect. Very close to centre and train station.
−We had no WiFi connection for our 3 nights stay. Only last night the WiFi extender provided. The cellular was not also working properly.

+The location close to Firenze station was comfortable. Check-in was done by somebody (student worker) who was not really interested in doing the check-in but it worked. Information was only given in WhatsApp. The facilities in the room were OK and it was clean.
−The room does not look like in the pictures, but it was OK for a short stay. The pictures are a more polished version of the room. There is no reception and no staff available. It is not a hotel. And it was very loud in the room. Sleeping without earplugs not possible.

+Location is perfect, the room is really big and the bathroom too. Both perfectly cleaned. Also, the cleaner was really nice as she cleaned our room as first allowing us to enter a bit earlier. There are also a kettle, a fridge and kitchen sink in the room, all very useful.
−The people from the agency dealing with the room are not very cooperative. I had asked for an early check in and they had said it was possible. Once there, I found out they only meant leaving our bags. I think the message they send on booking needs to be rewritten to clarify all this much better. Moreover, I asked for a softer pillow and they replied that they don't have other pillows other the 2 provided in the room

“Appartamento troppo minimal”
