“An apartment in a fantastic location.”
+The location is excellent, right between Navigli and the Duomo. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was quick and easy.
−The place felt a little dirty and worn down. The bed sheets looked very old-fashioned and worn, almost like something you would find at your grandmother’s house years ago. The floor also felt dirty, and I did not feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. There was no shampoo or other toiletries, only two bars of soap. The towels also felt a bit strange and not very fresh. In addition, the wardrobe doors did not open properly.

“Fine for somewhere to rest your head for a short stay in the city.”
+Location is great for the city
−The pictures make the room looks bigger and in better condition. The system to get into the room is needlessly over the top - just use an actual key system with a lockbox instead or 2 locks on the main door before reaching the front door of the room .

−Eran cuatro pisos por escaleera muy incomoda. Nunca nadie vino a limpiar ni tuvimos nadie con quien hablar. Todo fue decepcionante.

−4 étages sans ascenseurs robinetterie moyenne, douche compliquée pour qui ne supporte pas de recevoir l'eau sur la tête. Odeur de moisi dans la sdb

“Milano is een mooie stad.”
+Locatie was heel goed. Gelukkig hadden we mooie weer.
−De kamer was niet schoongemaakt onder het bed. We miste hoekjes in het badkamer voor onze handdoeken. We hebben last gehad van werklui die bezig waren met een lift op te zetten. 90 trappen op en na beneden is niet geschikt voor oude dames rond om 70 jaar. Helaas was een van ons allergisch tegen muggen, en ze is opgegeten door een aantal moscito's. In een luxe kamer (de reclame) verwacht je ook koffiecapsules voor de koffiemachine, niet alleen de machine.

+L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de milan a proximité de plusieurs magasin et utilités.
−La chambre est toute petite perché au 4ieme étage et je vous laisse imaginer monter une valise 4 étages. La propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer, il y avait beaucoup d'égratignures dans les meubles et les mûres. La salle de bain n'ai pas propre la pompe de douche ne fonctionne pas et j'ose espérer pour une chambre de 150€ la nuit avoir droit a plus que 2 mini savons. Les serviettes n'était pas propres non plus. Entrer dans l'appartement et la chambre par la suite est tout un défit avec tous le codes qu'il faut composer. Bref, la chambre n'est pas si accueillante et surtout pas faite pour un séjour plus long que 2 jours. Le lit par contre et confortable et les draps sont propres. Je n'y retournerais pas, je préfère m'éloigner du centre et avoir plus de confort au même prix.

“Muitos pequenos problemas”

−Para abrir e fechar as portas, o sistema é complexo e chato, cheio de etapas. As toalhas de banho são pequenas e muito finas, não secam direito. Não tinha sabonete suficiente nem pra banho nem pra lavar as mãos. O box não fecha direto e água molha o banheiro.
