“A true paradise!”
+This place is a true hidden gem in Phu Quoc! The food is absolutely delicious, location pure and tranquil, everyone working there is smiling and welcoming! I loved every minute spent at Bamboo Cottages!

+Beautiful, remote resort off the beaten track.
−Some of the maintenance has fallen away for the cabins - we had a small roof leak during a storm and some very minor termite damage on furniture and walls

“Cosy cottages and breathtaking ocean views.”
+We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Cottages. Its relatively remote location, away from the big resorts, gives you the perfect opportunity to unwind and slow down. The team are lovely and incredibly helpful, and the cottages are charming and beautifully connected to nature. The ocean views are simply breathtaking. It’s also worth mentioning the restaurant run which serves absolutely delicious food that even my four-year-old enjoyed! Bamboo Cottages is a family-run business with a real mission behind it, which makes the experience all the more special. Highly recommended!

“A perfect place to slow down and re-set / re-fresh in between visiting Vietnam’s busy cities!”
+The cottages are neat and comfortable, in a secluded location with a beautiful, quiet / private beach. We barely left as we had everything we needed on-site and only wanted to move between swimming, napping and eating…. Worlds away from the huge commercial developments in some parts of the island, this felt much more local and untouched. Lovely staff and delicious food.
−It wasn’t a problem for us as we spent almost the whole time on the property, but the two evenings we did go out, grab/taxi drivers were a bit unsure about taking us home as they hadn’t been to the area before and hesitated to turn down the rough road. It wouldn’t be the best place to stay if you wanted to be out and about a lot at night as it is far from everything. One of the showers didn’t work on our first day but was quickly fixed.

“Tranquil Perfection!”
+Tranquil, peaceful, rugid home like feel. Beautiful water and beans sand. Food is amazing! Staff are so helpful and nothing is a problem. Perfect get away from the city.
