“David, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. Overall, our stay was very good, and we really enjoyed the hotel des”
+What I liked most was the room. It was spacious, extremely comfortable, and had every detail you could possibly need. I also loved the bathroom, the sauna, and the coffee. The lighting and the decoration were beautiful and perfectly thought out. Everything was just perfect.
−What I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar service. One of the female waitresses in the mornings, a blonde woman, was particularly unpleasant towards us. My English is not fluent, and she would make faces and seem annoyed whenever I needed to use Google Translate to communicate. I found her attitude very unprofessional and disappointing, especially in a hotel of this standard.

“Best Place in Budapest”
+Location is brilliant - on Buda Hill so a bit quieter than Pest, also short walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping on Buda Hill. Bus 16 stops a few steps from the hotel to take you up and down Buda Hill. Restaurant is nice, food is fresh and delicious. Room service is also available. Our room was wonderful! Ask for suite 43 with the balcony and you will not be disappointed. Plenty of space, a nice view from the balcony and very comfortable bed. Best part though, is the staff. We felt like we were visiting friends in their home! Nothing was too much trouble and everyone is so professional yet personable. We have stayed at many different hotels in Budapest but none compares to this boutique beauty

+Cosy small hotel side by side to the castle, spacious room.
−There is no buffet for breakfast: one must order it as in a restaurant from a la carte menu, not all breakfast meals are inclusive, you must pay extra for crousants for example.
