“Great location”
+Great location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. We only stayed for one night as a stopover between activities while travelling with our children, but it was ideal for what we needed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We spent most of the day out exploring, so we didn't spend much time at the property, but it provided a comfortable place to relax and sleep. The breakfast was very good, and the location really is the standout feature. We would definitely stay here again because of its convenience and easy access to local amenities.

“Good base for ubud”
+The location is good, off the main high street so a bit quieter but still good facilities. Coffee shop, supermarket etc. Staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was basic but good, you have to order the day before and there isn't much choice but it's nice. Pool is good. We chose a room with 4 bed which lead straight into the pool.
−Didn't bother us but the hotel is down a small steep hill. Bathroom was quite mouldy smelling which made the whole room smell. However beds and main living area were very clean.

+When we first arrived, I thought we had come to the wrong place because it looked like a temple from the outside. It turned out that you really do have to walk through another property, which feels almost like a temple, before entering the hotel grounds. The hotel is very authentic and not touristy at all. The villas are a little worn and not particularly new, but our overall impression was good. The surrounding area is as non-touristy as it gets, and the nearest shop is about a 30-minute walk away. The hosts were extremely friendly. They explained everything and recommended many interesting places for us to visit.
