“Island stay”
+The location was good. Just 10 min away from the airport but the owner will pick you up / drop you off when your arrival and departure. Breakfast was included and the time was very flexible. (When you have a tour you can have BF at 5am, if not 9am, etc) Island life starts very early, chickens will wake you up in the morning. The rooftop was very refreshing. You can see the town, the mountain and the sunrise in the early morning, or see the stars at night. Beautiful.
−The island has lots of ants, they are constantly coming into the room, therefore you cannot eat/drink anything in your room. (Water is okay, no sugar) The shower is very weak... And there's no laundry equipment at the hotel. Basically you have to wash your clothes by yourself so it takes time to fill the bucket with water (Also a laundry shop is in town) The tour was arranged by the hotel, which was relatively cheaper than booking through other travel agencies, still it was quite pricey. I guess it's a secluded island and that's how it is.

+The owners are really caring and helpful. They always respond, never forget things. If they say, they do. This is very important at Batanes, where some owners don't respond at all. Location is good, rooms are clean, breakfast is provided. They helped me to go to Sabtang and back. There are scooters for rent which helps to discover the island. Thank you mrs. Julia and mr. Bird!
−Loud guests in the common area is a problem. Last night I was woken up by the group that switched on TV at 4.30AM. Island is mostly full with philippino groups coming from different parts of the country, some of them are nice but some are looking to the foreigners not in a nice way and don't care about comfort of the other travellers.
