“Great for the price; I would happily come back again.”
+Convenient location; Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance. The manager was welcoming - he provided the Wi-Fi password and allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby until the evening after we checked out. The room was cozy and clean, featuring a functional TV, air conditioning, and a hairdryer; the furniture was new, and there was a wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom was comfortable and spacious, with hot water available. There is a kitchen area, though we didn’t use it, equipped with a kettle and disposable tableware. There is also a balcony with a nice view of the city.
−We arrived at the scheduled check-in time, but our room wasn't ready yet; towels were only brought the following day. There was no duvet, though the room temperature was perfectly acceptable. There was a bedspread, but without a duvet cover, we didn't really want to use it as a blanket.

“Very basic and somewhat dangerous”
+The accommodation was about 1km from Roma Termini
−The room was very small and far more basic than described. It was very cramped and impossible for 2 people to move about at the same time. In the bathroom, the hairdryer was attached to an electrical plug just above the taps at the sink. Unfortunately, this electrical installation was hanging from the wall and was highly dangerous. Therefore, I could not use the hairdryer for fear of electrocution, but using the sink for washing was also risky. We had to leave the water in the shower, running for at least 10 minutes before any warm water appeared. The balcony was not the attractive feature claimed in the advert, but a place where the staff kept the rubbish. We only saw a member of staff once when we accidentally bumped into them in the street on arrival, so we were unable to raise any concerns. If this accommodation were really budget-friendly, it would be more acceptable, apart from the electrical installation in the bathroom. However it is not cheap.

“МНОГО ЛОШО ИЗЖИВЯВАНЕ. МИЗЕРИЯ”
+Близо е до гарата. Само това е плюс.
−Много лоша хигиена. Тясно. Шумно. Оголени кабели. Запушен сифон в банята. Много, много лошо изживяване. Но имаше известно старание от домакина, макар и недостатъчно. Стара сграда, подтискащ квартал.

“Scandaloso!!!”
+Assolutamente niente. Ho fatto reclamo.Ai limiti della decenza.
−Al momento del check in ci è stato comunicato che non potevamo usufruire della camera prenotata a causa di un problema e che ce ne avrebbero assegnata un'altra. Camera che si trova in un altro stabile in TUTT'ALTRO POSTO, camera SENZA IL BAGNO PRIVATO (come invece era stato prenotato e pagato) ma con un bagno in un corridoio in comune ad altre camere, camera con la porta che NON SI CHIUDEVA a causa della serratura non funzionante, che ha permesso a non so chi di entrare tranquillamente in nostra assenza e spostare i nostri (per fortuna pochi,dal momento che abbiamo preferito portare quasi tutto con noi) effetti personali. Abbiamo dormito con il divano a contrasto sulla porta per paura che entrasse qualcuno dato che la porta rimaneva solo accostata!!! Assurdo!!!Aggiungo lo scarso livello igienico e la presenza di effetti personali di altre persone al momento dell'assegnazione.

+O facto de ser perto da estaçao é dos pontos positivos da estadia
−A limpeza estava fraca, O quarto com falta de manutenção, o chaveiro estava entupido e acho que o anúncio não é claro no sentido de ser um apartamento partilhado. Quando se reserva, reserva-se somente um quarto nao percebendo que ficamos num apartamento com outras pessoas. As paredes são feitas de pladuro e consegue ouvir-se tudo o barulho exterior.

−Estaba muy sucias las toallas y sabanas, el microondas y platos de la zona comun super sucio i lo transmitimos al chico de alli y nos dijo que no podian darnos otras toallas. Tuvimos que conprar unas de usar y tirar de un bazar que estaba cerca porque estaban super sucias

+La posizione è molto comoda, raggiungibile tramite 2 distinte fermate della Metro A, e vicina a diverse fermate degli autobus. Lo scalo Termini è a circa 10 minuti a piedi.
−Le dimensioni della stanza sono davvero misere. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà 1 piazza e mezza, uno dei cuscini è riempito con pezzetti di gommapiuma "di recupero" ed è presente un solo comodino su due. C'è solo una presa di corrente adiacente al letto (che sarebbe comoda per caricare il telefono) ma non funziona, le altre prese sono distanti da qualunque appoggio ed il dispositivo in ricarica si trova a dover essere appoggiato a terra. Il bagno è sprovvisto di bidet e di un qualsivoglia ripiano per oggetti di ogni genere, il lavandino ha lo scarico semi-otturato ed è sufficiente lasciare aperto il rubinetto per qualche secondo per avere il lavandino pieno d'acqua. Vengono forniti solo 2 asciugamani grandi, nessuno per il viso e nessun tappetino da mettere al di fuori della doccia e, salvo particolari richieste, gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti solo ogni 2 giorni. Le persiane delle finestre sono semichiuse e lucchettate (letteralmente, con un lucchetto per biciclette), non si possono quindi aprire. La pulizia della camera lascia poi molto a desiderare. Ogni superficie è ricoperta da un leggero strato di polvere che si trasferisce su qualunque oggetto vi venga appoggiato sopra
