“Not good”
−No water in the shower for 2.5 days. Not hot water in the bathroom sink. 1 coffee each for 3 days stay. Not being able to acess our room for over an hour incorrect pass code

+The bed was okay to sleep in,
−I wasn't sent a code to unlock the door to my room, only a code for the entrance door. The bed sheets were covered in hairs so obviously hadn't been changed before my stay. The water that was left on the table had a layer of dust on top.. the window doesn't shut..

“DO NOT BOOK!!!”
+NOTHING which I have never had to leave bad comments in my life! But honestly nothing positive !
−DO NOT BOOK!! Read all reviews !!! Everything from years ago still happening! - STINKS like a brothel! - staff very rude , not supportive . - ITS a SHARED accommodation !!! With a very aggressive tenant living downstairs (been reported many times). -stains on pillows would not replace them . Was told it was cleaned . Cups in the room are still broken from years ago . Kitchen facilities Disgusting!!! If you’re a bigger person you cannot use the toilet! Pee and hairs all left on toilet seat! Arguing outside about people’s doors getting smashed out and people being stabbed . Management was disgustingly rude and no customer service skills or respect for people paying for a service

“It was very lovely decorated and creative.”
+I like decorative art and kitchen was beautiful I loved it .But its was lovely decorated and bathroom was lovely and super clean .
−My room was on 2 floor and bit small to be deluxe. I would prefer more room . And freezer needs cleaning plus air fryer someone used it and didn’t clean it .

“I would not recommend this property”
+Nothing clearly stands out
−The property is in a poor location, it was dirty and lacked correct fire safety. He window was were cracked and filthy, the shared kitchen was ok but had a boiler leak. The bedding was dirty with hairs in it and there was no cleaner available to change the bedding. I ended up using a blanket I had to sleep on.

+Good WiFi. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Easy to contact staff on number provided to ask for assistance.
−The room was not clean - there was a lot of dust, dirt and hair on many surfaces and the floor and I found a cigarette on the floor. The room and the bathroom also had a slight smell. There was a large stain on the cushion on the chair. The check-in instructions only included a code for the front door so I had to call the contact number to get the code to get into the room. Less of an issue but worth noting thay stairs were very narrow and steep so slightly difficult to carry luggage.

“Nottingham's number 1 escape room”
+Convenient location to town. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough with coffee and water provided. Rooms were secured by passcodes from other residents staying in the property. Room decor was fun.
−- Not easy accessible to enter property. - It was not made clear enough that we would share the property with other people - 2 rooms were occupied by people we did not know. This lead to trying to get into a bedroom and was met with an angry knock by a resident inside which shocked and surprised us all late at night. - Rooms had individual codes which were not provided to us prior to stay meaning we had to ring an out of hours number - which was not answered. Then we tried an emergency contact number at midnight to find individual codes to rooms which were then provided eventually after 20 minutes of trying to enter rooms after arrival. This lead to the distress as one of our guests was diabetic and needed to use the bathroom urgently. - One window was locked on the top floor bedroom and we could not find a key to open - extremely unpleasant in heatwave temperatures. - Large security camera in the kitchen filming us which felt like a breach of privacy. - Overall, would not have booked had the above if we had known we would be sharing the property with other residents. - Will not book again, as appears.propety owners are not well equipped to provide correct details to guests prior t

“Expensive, complicated to access and small room.”
+Location to Holme Pierrepont and free parking.
−The entry system was poor and didn’t work. Smart handles wouldn’t accept the code. WhatsApp messaging didn’t work and I had to call the emergency number. The room was smaller than. The pictures made it out to be. Facilities (e.g spoons to make tea) weren’t there. The bed was essentially a sofa bed. Not worth the £80 I paid.
