+Location good. Good breakfast.
−Small room and very small bathroom. Shower poor either very hot or cold with no pressure. Bed linen stained. Room was downstairs next to main entrance and bar so quite noisy and busy during meal and bar times.

“Nice place to stay for one night, any longer and you will need a physio apt when you get home.”
+The room was BIG, clean and had a good brew selection. The staff were great. Breakfast was fantastic, even though there was a tiny pot of beans that wasn’t worth a damn :) The food in the evening was beautiful and plentiful, which was a pleasant shock as they were snowed under with bookings and ridiculously busy. The room had loads of plug sockets in, but a cpl do need upgrading to the usb ones, not everyone carries plugs around for chargers anymore. Being able to get really close to the badgers when they were feeding was a great experience.
−The bed was harder than the rock in the carpark. For £240 a night, a Hypnos or equivalent mattress is not an unreasonable ask.

“Disappointing”
−We came to stay for a few days for our anniversary and email the manager the day before we arrived just to see if he could organise some champagne to the room, but he didn’t response until the day after our anniversary, which we found very disappointing. The staff seemed slightly unwelcoming and the room we stayed in was very small.
