+We only spent one night here on our way to Mestia. Great value for the cost of the accommodation, everything is walking distance to this place.

+It was perfect. The location was 10/10 we were able to walk everywhere, it was so lovely being by the river, the room was spacious and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. The communication from the owners was perfect. We arrived very late, and they were kind enough to wait for us so we could get the key and check in. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

“For the price, I got what I paid for.”

−Bathroom was disappointing. Shower had a 'bar' for a curtain but there was no curtain so the water leaked on the floor up to the toilet. No soap, other than a bottle of liquid soap on the sink. Two bath towels but no other amenities. Small 'kitchen' area. Two old chairs and a small table in the room. The toilet looked like it had overflowed because the inside of the 'bowl' - rim - at the top of the toilet was filthy. I asked to clean it and they did. I shouldn't have asked though. So, if the toilet had overflowed, I assumed that the floor of the shower had not been properly cleaned and sanitized - a disgusting thought. I bought 'some liquid' and cleaned it myself.

+Понравилось всё. Очень аутентичный и уютный домик и комната в которой мы жили. Хозяйка Нана хорошая и внимательная женщина. Расположение в самом центре старого города,рядом белый мост, домик у реки, но без вида на реку. Очень близко большой фан на и вкусные рестораны.

“Large and clean appartment, no Wifi available”
+Very nice appartment in a good and central location. The host made sure we had a parking space in front of the door. The bathroom was really clean and the bed very comfortable.
−We had no access to the WiFi, and the host also did not react to the message we sent her about this.

+Отличное расположение в центре, рядом магазин. Приятная хозяйка, дом очень красивый - весь в растениях. Внутри чисто и красиво. Немного непривычно из-за шума реки, он довольно громкий. Для похода в туалет/душ лучше иметь с собой шлепки. Однозначно вернулись бы туда снова. Спасибо, Нана!

−Кровати и матрасы оставляют желать лучшего. Людям с больной спиной может быть некомфортно.

“Кутаиси понравился и гостевой дом тоже”
+Местоположение в старом городе отличное, близость к центру. Все необходимое рядом - магазины и кафе. Рядом река. Чистота в гостевом доме и отличное свежее бельё. Есть возможность приготовить поесть, при желании. Встретили нас в назначенное время, всё показали и объяснили . При возникновении вопросов, хозяйка сразу отвечала по телефону . Общались на русском и моём плохом английском. Всё очень понравилось. Спасибо хозяевам. В принципе рекомендую.
−Хозяевам, я бы рекомендовала, организовать шторку для душа. Весь пол санузла в воде, которая долго не уходит в слив и не просыхает, после принятия душа.
