“Very Comfortable”
+The location was really close to everything: a shopping center, beach, and hotels - but on a very quiet street, which was a bonus. My host was really nice and had really awesome recommendations of activities to do around. The hot shower was really good, and the very comfortable bed. I loved the small garden up front. I had breakfast picnics all through my stay. I'd highly recommend booking this property.

+Lovely place with cozy atmosphere. Peaceful, clean, safe and close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Rooms are beautifully furnished, with everything you need, including AC. The owner was helpful and knows the area inside out. Great value for money and an excellent place to stay in Paje.

“nice hotel in a nice place but a few problems need to be fixed”
+we had one night to spend at this hotel and were warmly welcomed by the host, who was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful beach with white sand and clear water, and the breakfast was excellent.
−Unfortunately, several small inconveniences diminished our experience. The air conditioning didn’t work properly,or rather, it worked but took forever to cool the room. Furthermore, there was an odd smell,possibly dust,on the pillows, and to a lesser extent on the blanket in the room. This was unpleasant but could be easily remedied. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was extremely unstable, with connectivity lost late in the evening.

“This is the the place I will return to in Paje Zanzibar. Great accommodations, location, and price.”
+This was my favorite hotel in Tanzania and I stayed in a variety of hotels and accommodations in Tanzania and Zanzibar over the last 30 days. The room was large, comfortable, and super clean. Everything worked including the air conditioning and there was a shared kitchen and dining area just outside of the room. Water pressure and flow in the bathroom shower was much better than in a lot of places I stayed in Zanzibar. Also a nice balcony outside of the kitchen area. The breakfast was excellent, the beer was cold and the pool was refreshing. It was just a few minutes walk to Paje Beach and a lot of good restaurants and clubs were close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I was even able to park my motorcycle inside the compound. Finally, the cost for what you get was super reasonable. When I return to Paje someday I will stay here exclusively if it is available.

“Dissapointing”
+Nothing much.
−Bed was not comfortable, room was muffe and smelly. AC worked but no back up generator and the second night troubled by constant reboot of the AC and fan. There were mouse poop in the room which i saw upon check out. Also a lot of ants and the second morning i woke up bitten by bed bugs. Overal pretty disappointed for the price i paid.

“Exceptional”
+Everything You Need for a Perfect Stay on Zanzibar! This place is an absolute gem right on Paje Beach, perfect for both short and long stays. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and you get fast, reliable internet (which, as a remote worker, was a big plus for me). Plus, there’s a delicious free breakfast every morning, all included in the price. My host, Mitja, was super attentive and made sure everything was exactly as promised. I really appreciated that! If you're a remote worker or digital nomad, I highly recommend staying here for an extended time. The setup is perfect for getting work done in a comfortable, hassle-free environment. Paje Beach is hands down my favorite place on Zanzibar. It’s ranked #3 on TripAdvisor for good reason,it has everything you need: beach bars with great vibes, awesome kitesurfing, and plenty of great food to choose from. It’s not as crowded as some of the other spots, which I personally loved,it made everything feel a bit more relaxed and laid-back. Whether you're here for work or to unwind, this place is truly the best of both worlds. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere,everything you need is right here. I’ll definitely be back. 11/10!

“Exceptional”
+Would definitely recommend this place!! Mitja (the manager) is so amazing. He even came at 10:30 pm because I had locked myself in. All of the staff is extremely friendly. Sarafina especially was so helpful. Facilities are also very good, the wifi is strong and hot water works !!! The rooftop terrace is also really a really nice place to relax. 100% worth the money
