“You get what you pay for. Not clean.”
+Nothing. It was inside of a store.
−Everything. It was inside a store. There was no tissue in the bathroom. I saw a roach in the bathroom when I went looking for tissue. The owner reluctantly refunded me my money after I told him I didn't like the place and wasn't going to stay there.

−Unfriendly staff, nasty toilet and shower with no doors or anything to cover. Many small stairs up to the room. And bad smell.

“DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PROPERTY ! The owner is very dishonest and facilities ate not as advertised . Owner refused to give”
+The property was close to where we wanted to be
−The property was very obviously a private house converted into tourist accommodation done very badly . Our door could barely close. The 'en suite' bathroom was literally separated from the bedroom with a piece of cloth . The windows could not close . It was dirty . We arrived for check in at allocated time , the room was not ready and we had to wait almost an hour. When we finally got our room , it seems the air conditioning wasn't working , the main reason we booked the room . The reason given was the the AC remote didn't have a battery . No effort was made to get one . We then demanded they try sort the situation as my partner was suffering with heatstroke . We left to go find a cool place whilst they fix the problem . On return , nothing had been done. We then asked for our money back as we wanted to find another place . The owner refused to give full refund and only have 60% claiming that we had spent two hours on the property and therefore had to pay. He also refused to give me a receipt and when i complained to booking.com he claimed we were a ' no show' and had to cancel the booking

−Front entrance was not neat. This gave a bad first impression. Bathroom needs hooks or shelves for placing clothes while showering. Sink was loose. Loose electrical wires and hanging ropes need to be organized and secured to the wall. The room would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, maybe a cheerful color.

+Отель в старом городе, недалеко рынок, набережная (но проехать к отелю нельзя, готовьтесь нести чемоданы)
−Фотографии отеля в букинге не передают реальности. Грязно, замызгано. "Ванная" за старой занавесочкой. Туалет аналогично. Внутренних дверей нет. Перегородки из фанеры, поэтому шумоизоляции нет никакой. Всю ночь слышно разговоры и звуки будто в метре от тебя все происходит. К номерам ведет высокая крутая узкая лестница. Ужасные кровати - матрасы тонкие, пролежанные. Лежишь будто в корыте. Но подушки сантиметров 30 высотой. Убрал их чтоб хотя б примерно горизонтальное положение принять. Крайне неуютно. Да, цена относительно небольшая. Но при таких "условиях" уж лучше взять свежий номер с общей чистой ванной и туалетом, в которой не страшно голыми ногами на пол встать. Претензия к отелю не по низкому качеству номеров, а по тому, что отель скрывает реальные условия проживания. С детьми, девушкой, женой - не рекомендую, только если совсем денег нет. За несколько дополнительных часов пользования номером собственник просил полную стоимость номера за сутки (в других отеля Занзибара я платил в разы меньше). Управляющий требовал оставить ему ключ от номера, ссылаясь на то, что ключ единственный и это нужно по соображениям пожарной безопасностью. В процессе разговора выяснилось, что ему хотел

“Même une nuit c’est déjà trop !!!!”
+La seule chose que j’ai aimé dans cet établissement est le moment où j’ai pris mes affaires pour partir !!! Entre moisissures (dont l’odeur est essayé d’être masqué par de l’encens), les cafards et l’odeur immonde qui règne dans la chambre… cette expérience était absolument horrible ! Nous avons préféré reprendre un autre hôtel dès le lendemain plutôt que de rester dans cette endroit délabré et dangereux pour la santé !!
