+It's a bit far from the center city, but the neighborhood is calm and safe. The host was very proactive and kind. The bathroom was shared, I think I didn't pay attention when I booked it. Everything was well clean.

−This place is NOT a BB (Bed & Breakfast) with garage as Baan Siam advertises in booking.com. This is a FAMILY HOUSE. You are told to check in at 16:00 (which is late) but they only opened the door at 18:00 (so we waited outside on the street). As we walk up to our room inside this house (is not the photo in booking.com, it is a normal terrace house in the middle of a street), the family bathroom/toilet is starting to be cleaned...... Further to this, I am notified the previous day that the garage is no loner available as the previous customer damaged it LAST WEEK. so why only tell me the previous day? I only booked here as it had a garage. Now I am stack with my car with nowhere to go..... The room is so hot and no windows, there is a door to the balcony and the curtains do not cover the whole glass door, therefore no PRIVACY and to top this up you cannot LOCK the bedroom. My wife did not sleep because of this and we just feel we were tricked with the advert. Can anyone make sense of the WIFI password by the way??? Finally, I have been to Belgium before, never I have been asked to leave cash for "Bedroom tax".

+Gorgeous place, lots of attention to detail. The room was luxurious, with a small balcony sun trap. Highly recommend this quiet retreat, close enough to the old town 10-15 mins walk

“Excepcionalmente cómodo”
+Llegue empapada y la mujer que lo atiende se apresuró a darme una toalla y hacerme sentir como en casa. La habitación absolutamente excepcional, limpísima, tengo que destacar que olía muy muy bien, las almohadas comodisimas, tenía todo tipo de tés, cafés y galletitas de bienvenida. Además de aguas tanto una botella grande para la estancia como pequeñitas para llevarte, todo un detalle. Todo funciona, la atención es perfecta, la terraza es amplia, deja entrar mucha luz y hay un ambiente de paz muy acogedor.

+Angenehme, einfachere Privatunterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Das schöne Reihenhaus hat 3 Stockwerke. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten. Innenstadt in 15' zu Fuss erreichbar. 15' stadtauswärts gute Restaurants. 10' stadtauswärts grosser Carrefour. Parken mit Parkscheibe 4 Stunden wischen 9 und 18h. Gastgeber kann für 10 Euro pro Tag Parkplatz in einer öffentlichen Garage organisieren.

+imødekommende vært. parkering tæt på. Pænt opsat håndklæde på seng som i Thailand. Roligt kvarter.
−Skulle betale bystat kontant. Ingen kontanter så det må efteropkræves hvis nødvendigt ? Vidste ikke det var ophold i privat hjem, billedet lignede et hotel på en plads i byen, det var en form for rækkehus, Håndklædet lugtede ikke super friskt.
