+The location is good, about 15 minutes' walk to the Grand Place, and there are plenty of cafes along the route where you can get breakfast. It's also about 15 minutes' walk to Midi/Zuid station, so that's all good.
−It's a bit down at heel. Generally gives the impression it could benefit from a pretty major refurb, and there's a bit of a smell about the place, though it's warm and comfortable and, once you're in bed, it's very nice.

−Falta limpieza en todo en general: toallas, sábanas, alhomadas, baño, suelo, ventanas, patio, cocina… por otro lado las almohadas y la cama eran muy muy incómodas. Las toallas tenían manchas amarillas, la cocina era inutilizable, había telarañas y arañas, luz muy escasa en las habitaciones, la entrada olía mal y estaba muy sucia, el baño olía mal pero era de lo mejor de la habitación, la cocina era inutilizable, el patio interior que teníamos ni lo pudimos utilizar por suciedad la gente tiraba cosas y había botellas, con quien contacté por teléfono para reservar la habitación fue muy grosero

−-abbiamo dovuto passare la prima giornata in lavanderia in quanto le lenzuola e la biancheria erano sporche -al check in abbiamo dovuto aspettare 45 minuti davanti la porta affinché il proprietario arrivasse -abbiamo dovuto aspettare 3 ore affinché il proprietario, dopo averci fatto aspettare per entrare in casa, ci portasse gli asciugamani e le lenzuola (di dubbia pulizia)

−Korytarz jak i mieszkanie było zaniedbane , słabe ciśnienie wody , zimno w mieszkaniu ( nie nie można było ustawić kaloryferów) obok stała felerka, która była uszkodzona . Brak ręczników I poszewek na pościel

−Mauvaise communication avec le personnel. On a dû demander des linges mais on ne nous l'a pas ramené. Le monsieur n'était pas du tout aimable non plus. L'immeuble sent mauvais, on aurait dit l'odeur des égouts. Donc 4/10

−I servizi che non c’erano. Scarsa pulizia, biancheria assenta al check-in (fatto un ora dopo l’orario imposto, perché abbiamo dovuto attendere che arrivasse qualcuno ad aprire) e portatoci dopo in serata lasciato davanti alla nostra porta in una busta di plastica( eravamo in tre e sono arrivate tre asciugamani) tralasciando che era assenta la biancheria del terzo letto. Riscaldamento non funzionante e gli infissi con spifferi. Illuminazione scarsa, acqua dei servizi scarsa e a tratti poco calda. Dai servizi che offre doveva esserci la connessione ad Internet è un deposito bagagli, completamente assenti.
